No proper response after paying money

Before that they used to call a lot and told what all things you will get with premium service, so I join but then after listing I am not getting any type of leads which i am looking after and they are not responding

Only one person will talk, if I ask him to coordinate me with higher authority they do not give number

Number which I am having, they will not respond to you for weeks

I have been worked with Tradeindia for over 3 years now and I am satisfied with their services. The management are very supportive.

I have been associated with TradeIndia for over 13 years now and I am absolutely satisfied with their services. I also really cherished their work ethics. The staff members and management were very supportive and have been helpful throughout my journey. Indeed, I had good return on investment from their service.

Moreover, I highly recommend clients to try TradeIndia for promoting their services and products.

They helped our film production business grow. We were looking to partner with wedmegood, wedding bazaar, and the like who have thousands of vendors like us. When compared to their subscription packages, we found them too expensive and unreliable as the chances of getting leads were very low because of the large number of vendors already listed in the categories. We were also in touch with tradeindia and subscribed to their yearly package under the service category of wedding photography, with in a short period of time, we were getting a good number of inquiries that worked really well into conversion. So, well, for us tradeindia was trustable and a good choice in this competitive market.

Trade India is a fraud company that works to loot money by fooling people, by taking ₹ 680000 from me, they have not done any work, their entire staff is careless and.
Gives very late response.
Trade India wasted all my money and time.

Pathetic company. No professionalism. They would say anything to convert a sale. I feel pity for small scale businessmen who can be trapped and invest decent amount with this company for marketing. If you refuse, they will start behaving badly. DO NOT INVEST YOUR money here.

Their live customer support is absolutely useless they either never reply or they ask you to email someone else in regards to your issue to which they do not even respond back to you.

The platforms allows people to call you direct, to which you get bombarde with calls and messages.

This is one platform to which I will never recommended to anyone.

If their customer service do not even bother replying to you, that means that the platform is not a safe place to even buy from.

This is a very bad company I asked for 1 address in Ludhiana but i don’t have any information about it but I have so many phone calls from all over India in every minute please avoid this company
I have blocked about 30 phone calls but I still keep receiving calls from them

I HAVE MY PAID ACCOUNT IN TRADEINDIA SINCE OCTOBER 2020, I PAID AN AMOUNT OF APPROX INR 41000 FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT, BUT NOW I REALISE THAT THEY SHARE OUR BUYLEADS WITH OTHER ACCOUNT HOLDER AND THEY ARE OUR BUSINESS COMPETATOR, BUT POINT IS THAT AT THE VERY TIME OF ACCOUNT OPPENING, TRADEINDIA'S EXECUTIVE ASSURED US THAT THE SAME BUYLEAD WILL NOT GIVEN TO OTHER SALLERS UNTILL I DIDN'D RESPOND THE LEAD, IF I RESPOND ON THE SAME DAY THAN THAT BUYLEAD WILL BE MINE ONLY, NOW I HAVE PROOF THATTRADEINDIA CHEATED ME, THAY SHARE MY LUYLEADS TO OTHER SALLERS ALSO ON THE SAME DAY OF RECEIVING THE BUYLEAD. SHAMO ON YOU TRADEINDIA. YOU ARE A CHEATER. I WILL NOT GONNA PAY YOU ANYMORE.

Avoid this fraud company that provides a sales platform to fraud companies in India that have no legal requirement to provide the service or items that you’ve bought.

I recently needed some items that I couldn’t get in the UK and stumbled across Tradeindia website. I put in an enquiry and had a reply from Dach Meds that seemed plausible. They boast of offices on New York and Sweden and turnover of billions 🤣🤣 I was extremely guarded but “gambled” with what I could lose and bought some items totalling £50 knowing there was a chance I may never see the money or items.

Once the money was sent, I received many emails from Mr Darre n requesting more money due increased postage costs due COVID. I requested evidence/documents but to no avail. He insisted on more money and I insisted on evidence of the “extra costs”.

I’ve now asked for a refund and the email replies have stopped. No items, no refund and no emails.

I knew it was a risk and thought for £50 it was a reasonable risk but maybe wish I had seen a review to make a better decision. I’ll give you my advice here, these guys are fraudulent and unreliable and you’ll simply lose your money into a scam. There are no legal safeguards and you’ve got no chance of getting your items nor money again.

Hopefully my lost money wasn’t in vain for your gain. Don’t use this company and don’t get involved in Tradeindia.
