Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Told me my item had been repaired and in a poor condition when it was in original packaging and had been hardly used by my daughter. Wouldn’t pay the price originally offered and offered a much lower rate.

Unfortunately, the console in question exhibits significant wear, including damage to the case and a faulty PS3 controller, deviating from the "hardly used" and "perfect condition" described.

Very nice
Genuinely happy with them. I definitely do reccomend it. Although they take quite long to process it it has to be worth it. I sent a variety of emails and reply was given with each one and I appreciate your help. They helped me increase the postage credit and tried to get my order processed asap. So yeah, definetly reccomend. 5 star from me

Sold a PS4 pro
I sold a PS4 pro to this company. I sent it for free, using the 48 hr label service, and received a reply a few days later. The valuation of £120 was reduced to £114 because of a missing cable, which I was quite happy with and the money was credited to my account the following day.

It was super simple to do, loved that I got more money for my old Wii and games than I was expecting and I didn't have to pay for postage!

Stay clear of them!
Dealt with this company a few times and actually wrote 5 star reviews...not this time. Shocking performance on this occasion. First we agreed a price for the sale of a PS5 disc then, just after I posted it to them, I get an email to tell me that hey had made a mistake on the price and they required to change to a cheaper price. I contacted them reminding attaching there email with the original price and they replied " as a token of goodwill we will give you an extra £1 for the item"
Then, after about 2 weeks, I contact them for the cash that they promised only for them to tell me that they had no track of the disc I sent. So I then emailed copies of receipts from the Post office to which they acknowledged and suddenly found the disc. Not to stop there, they then emailed me to say that the case for the disc was damaged and dropped the price again.
To end this farce I agree and they are now out of my life. I will never deal with them again. STAY CLEAR OF THEM

Regarding the damaged case. We deducted £2.00 for the damaged case, and you agreed to the revised price. If you were dissatisfied with the price, you had the option to request the return of your item.
