Our standard order processing period is 4 to 7 business days following receipt of the items, as clearly stated on our website. Your order was processed within this timeframe — on the 6th business day (Friday, 1st May).
However, the payment release was delayed due to the recent Bank Holiday weekend, and our accounts team processed the payment on the following Tuesday (5th May).
You have received the full quoted amount, and we notified you in advance that the payment would be delayed due to the Bank Holiday.
We understand your frustration, but we hope this explanation provides some clarity.
We believe we acted in accordance with our stated terms, and we are sorry to hear that you feel a 1-star review is warranted in this instance.

Good service but very slow, it's taken ages to receive payment for just games - would understand if it was a console which needs more review but games should be quick and easy based on previous experience with other retailers. In future would be better to take to CEX as they're quicker.

Easy process and received the valuation I was given. Only comment I would make is that from the moment I posted my item until the valuation was confirmed there was no communication so you just have to be patient and trust that you will hear eventually!

Simple process to send off old items, could have been a little more communication on the status of the package, but the correct amount of cash received in the bank.

Good experience
The whole process was clear and easy. Once all the things you're selling are listed it's just a case of downloading the packing slip and the free postage label and sending the box. It was about 14 days from me listing the goods to having the money in the bank. I'm very happy with how it all went.
