Good valuation offered and paid out promptly a week after they received the game. It would have been helpful to have received an email confirming that they had received the game.

I knew it was too good to be true. They give you a high value and then find/invent issues. My kindle apparently had the screen replaced (not true) and the back was dirty (it had the cover on that I sent for free).

I have traded in a couple of items over the last few weeks and I had great service both times. I asked a couple of questions and I was answered straight away. I received my money within the time frame I was quoted. Can highly recommend them.

Good Service, prompt responses. Happy with the service and the freepost system is great, no extra costs other than the box you send it in. Sent in a Quest 3 and they accepted it as at the Standard I stated it was in. I expect any individual qualms other people have stated with poor reviews and conditions being downgraded are due to the sender not being completely honest with the condition, not the fault of the company.

The only feedback I would give would potentially it would be helpful if a quick email/message on the order was sent once they receive the item, rather than having to chase up with tracking codes.
