From start to finish everything ran smoothly. I ordered 6 Apollo Roma vertical Radiators and 1 Nordic Oslo all in the Gloss White, I did consider Black but I'd guess they might mark more easily and dust would show up more obviously. The quality is fantastic, I love the Apollo ones mostly because 4 of them are quite tall, 1500 x 398 2 Column, visually on the walls they look fabulous. The smaller ones look fantastic too, they're all 2 column and my plumber said they're far easier to hang on the wall than the Roma which was more difficult to hang even though visually they look the same but the wall brackets were different.
The Apollo radiators and wall fixings all came in one delivery, extremely well wrapped with thick polystyrene covering the ends. I checked over each one in case there was any damage but they were all perfect.
The Roma came 2 days later and was well protected in bubble wrap.
Trade Radiators were also the cheapest price for everything and they had great reviews so they were my first choice.
I called them once and asked about where do I get the brackets from to attach them to my walls, they immediately replied the wall fittings come with the radiators.
We've only had them on twice for 25 minutes, mainly so all the fluid gets well mixed up inside the radiators, I was surprised how quickly they heated up and with them all being steel, not aluminium, they retained the heat for ages.
If you are needing radiators then I'm sure you won't go wrong using Trade Radiators. For me its 5 stars all the way.

We were looking for a stylish alternative to a standard radiator in our kitchen. Trade Radiators had a wide selection and it was easy to find what we wanted. The price seemed good. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was as promised - and the driver carried it into my garage. It was a good experience and I’d definitely use them again.

There's myriad of choice out there for radiators, almost too many to choose from. I bought from Trade Radiators as the website was clear and easy to navigate, informative and the images gave a very good idea of what we would actually receive.
The purchase process was easy, quick and I had confirmation emails throughout. The radiator arrived in perfect condition two days later and was fitted a day after that.
Quick, easy and great pricing, what else can you ask for?

Email confirming dispatch and stating 1-2 days delivery, now on day 4 and the radiators are still sitting at the dx hub.

I needed them quickly as they're part of a much bigger renovation. This delay really causes me problems now with other trades. Not impressed!

Good quality product for a competitive price and efficient delivery.

I placed an order for two radiators on 26th May. The first arrived around two weeks later, but the second simply never turned up. I messaged on WhatsApp to chase it and got no reply at all. I then phoned for an update, and even on the call it was difficult to get a straight answer or a firm delivery date for the outstanding radiator.

Splitting a two-item order is one thing, but leaving a customer chasing across WhatsApp and phone with no clear timeline is poor. I'm left with half my order, no delivery date, and no proactive communication from the company. I'd have expected far better, and on this experience I can't recommend them.

Ordered thinking we might need to allow more time but in fact turned up quickly! Radiator looks great and was straightforward to fit. Chose flat surface to make it easy to clean in kitchen.

Radiators were also brilliant in supplying different colour options super quick. And the order arrived perfectly packaged before the suggested time arrival time. Which was appreciated by plumber.

Trade radiators have a great selection and easy to use website with helpful tall which enables you to work out the size of radiator you need for the room.

Ordering online with simple and the follow-up emails through to delivery were very helpful thank you. We’ve ordered a number of radiators from radiators and the service has been fantastic and we would recommend them.
