They helped a lot, by putting accounts together. Also had some problems, but they fixed issue after some days, thanks to Betza. They were willing to find a agremment an solution that we are all happy now. So Costumer service works for sure well. I like platform I think it will be a big improvemnt in trading journey.

Simple and holistic at the same time. Great data analytics to observe your strategy, trading style - setups and mistakes. Customer service is top notch, resolve issues in no time.

I had a tradersync acc for 1year now so I can give my honest opinion.
It enabled me to:
1. Keep a history of all my trades with easy to find important metric on the dashboard
2. I could go into replay mode and look at all my previous trades marked on a chart. That really opened my eyes. Looking back and realizing " What was I thinking " ?!?
3. You have the capability to replay how a specific ticker traded like it is live. Gives you better review on how fast the bar moved, why you didn't get a perfect entry. What would have been the perfect entry and S/L or Profit Taking.
4. Journaling and uploading screenshots of your trades.
It has everything you need to help you get better at trading and you couldn't make all this by yourself in an Excel spreadsheet.

I am using Tradersync for over a year now. In the beginning i uised it mainly to analyse my setups from the backtesting. BEst feature for me is the tagging of trades. I put tags for all the things i thought are important when taking my trades. After the beacktes i could finally see what really made my trades more likelyx to win or to losse. I got some unexpected outcpomnes and could adjust my trading. I can easily import tardes from sierra chart in bulk. Whenever i had questions or issues, i got very fast answer from support. Support also implemented some of my request into the software. Big Thumbs up for this.

I've been an infrequent user of TraderSync. I decided to give it another try this weekend and I was delighted with their many improvements. For example, auto broker account updating. I updated my Schwab accounts and it was smooth as silk. It's clear they have been working hard to make continual improvements to TraderSync. I've decided to renew my annual subscription.

This is the ultimate trade journaling tool. It has a learning curve but the time spent in mastering the software applications will pay dividends in profits. I took advantage of the 60% off of the annual plan that is offered. (10% more of a discount for doing a list of tasks within the website) Their chat customer support is excellent and their team knows their product platform extremely well. I used many of the team members and really like Betza for her initiative and knowledge. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to take their trading to the next level.

My experience with the application has been great. It’s easy to use, user-friendly, provides detailed information, and offers many features that I couldn't find with competitors. Excellent support and customer service! Nixon was able to fix my issue within minutes.

confusing platform and ui!

got interested because they posted something about "next gen", but it's all the same.

inconsistent filters, sim only has stocks, every other "feature" like strategies or plans are useless.

went to a much better journal that's clean, has plenty of guides and real support.

I think they have integration with pretty much all the brokerage firms. There is variety of reports to analyze how bad / good your trades were. We need to be little disciplined with tagging our setups & mistakes, when you look at the output from the reports end of the month, you will be pleased to identify areas of improvement, in my case, I do it weekly.
Bottom line, great tool.

TraderSync has been great with their support team. I’ve had frustrations & their support team has always responded. Some of their stats like how long you are in a trade aren’t that customizable. Trade Zella is probably another good platform. Anyways. U want something cheap and solid. I’d recommend this. - btw I’m not a bot. Been a user for 2+ years on here

Tradersync offers an invaluable tool for a trader, a trading journal. Instead of manually entering trades into a spreadsheet, one can just import from various brokers or upload data in defined formats. Generating these is easy with simple to understand help pages.

The service itself offers to categorize trades, filter them, analyze them, assign mistakes, etc. The reporting tools and KPIs provided are good and enough for my use.

The support team is friendly and answers fast. I encountered a bug in a special combination of filters and actions and it was fixed in 2 days.

The service is well worth the money and allows the dilligent trader to get better at trading, instead of getting better at spreadsheeting and building reports.

Love this application. I especially love the Broker Synchronization to keep my trades updated with little effort. The manual Imports are handy for brokers that don't have that feature yet. The User Interface is neat and clean (modern). The filters are over the top and quite flexible. I could go on and on. Great product! Support is always responsive and helpful!
