Started using Tradersync a few weeks ago and it is a great tool for any day trader to keep track of all their trades. I mainly use the basic function, but it truly helps improve your trading and helps you learn from your mistakes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trading journal.

Tradersync is a comprehensive journaling site that covers everything you could think of for your stock and option trades. The customer service is good and your questions are answered by chat or email promptly. I am still learning the system but it seems like it is a journal that I have been looking for. Thanks!

I really liked this trading journal. Auto sync has made things more easier . Also simulator and evaluator features very good . There are not many journals available for Indian markets . I have used many but felt this as best . Evaluator feature helped me to know at which time I am doing best (eg: I am not doing good in after noon trades ). Gain to pain ratio is good metric , it help me to optimize my trades . I build confidence on my startegies and able to find my most successful startegy .

The interface looks very good, have more functionalities than you'' ever need and the customer support is great. They always helped me. Thanks a lot. I would definitely recommend this platform. In fact, is the only one of its kind I liked.

I am able to upload all my trades into the platform. From options, shares of stocks and futures. The upload process of all my trades are easy. I am also able to see valuable information that I am not able to with my broker. My favorite feature is when I can see my trades by the hour. I can take that information and not trade hours where I am typically not profitable in the future.

In addition, the customer service is top notch. They usually answer me within minutes through the built in chat button.

It has made my trading so much better. Seeing the stats really does help. TraderSync is THE BEST. The people who work there, help so much and get back with you almost asap. It has more features then trade zella, but is cheaper. Way better then competition, I would 100000% recommend. It will make your trading better if you treat it seriously.

The user experience is very intuitive. The system also has a vast list of brokers it can support automated broker integration which is a huge convenience in importing trades for journaling. Analytics is also good as it allows several dimensions to dissect your trading patterns..down to the average most profitable day in a week. time in a day, the instrument being traded, setup you use, and many more.

Customer support is also very helpful and professional.

I am still a struggling trader not yet profitable but hoping to be profitable this year and keep it that way. tradersync has undoubtedly unlocked my trading behaviours with the useful insights in the way the data has been presented.

I love the tool. The trade import is super easy. Accurate depiction of your trades. Im trading with ctrader through FTMO and it works like a charm.
The analysis tools are really great and you get an awesome overview of your trades and can label them by setups and mistakes that you've made.
Also the customer service is excellent. Every time I had a question or a minor set back, I just used the chat on the dashboard and Pedro or one of his colleagues went out of their way to help me out asap. So far all my "problems" have been resolved within minutes. Thanks guys! Appreciate it!

I have tried quite a number of different journaling tools. I have found TraderSync meets most of the metric for a trader (from beginner to pro level). In addition, TraderSync offers advanced features that others need more time get theirs up to the level TraderSync has implemented. In addition, the mobile app is great and convenient. I am personally quite happy with my choice!!!

I have really enjoyed and benefited from using this product. I have used other journaling and statistic keeping programs, but have found this to have helped me the most. It is easy to use, and great to be able to directly import my trades, the customer service has also been exceptional. They are always quick to respond and happy to assist with any issues. I highly recommend this product and am very happy with its performance and it has greatly benefited my trading by allowing me to really drill down into my performance, to see what mistakes im making and which trade setups work best for me.

I have been using TradeSync for the past three years and I would highly recommend this solution to help level up your trading skills. I wish I would have started keeping track of my trades earlier so that I could spend more time reviewing the mistakes as well as finding my edge on what is working really well for me. Tradersync is so much more than just a trade journal. It provides a number of reports and allows you to drill down on specific aspects your trades. For example, if you want to know what time of the day you are most successful, or if you want to know what types of stocks (low-float, large-cap, etc.) you trade best with. The best part is you can view each trade and see the chart where you entered and exited your position. Furthermore, the Market Replay feature is really cool to see in action. All in all, this is definitely a tool that any trader should have, regardless if you are a beginner or pro.

I like Tradersync's UI and reporting capabilities that are available compared to other two products I was evaluating. Tradersync has a simple and neat mobile app, which was a major plus for me.

I have tried several different trade logging/journalling systems (all of the major ones), and this is the only one that worked properly. I trade futures and some contracts are priced in other currencies, for example DAX is priced in Euros. Most journalling systems can cope with different currencies, as long as there is only one currency, and it's always the same one. If you trade a mixture of USD and EUR, as I do, they all seem to fall apart. Some said they have fixed it, but every time I ran an update, new errors crept in. Reporting is absolutely useless if it's incorrect!

Tradersync suffered from this problem at first, but when I reported it they fixed it straight away. I then found another problem with historical trades and they fixed that too. I have tested it extensively since the fixes, and every time the system is spot on.

What is impressive to me is the way they dealt with the problem — despite having doubtless thousands of users, they changed their system just for me when I reported it. Obviously there is a spin off benefit for other multi-currency traders, but as far as I know I was the only one reporting this problem, and still they fixed it. Fast.

Communication was very good throughout and I found Betza very helpful and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending TraderSync. The product is great, it does far more than I need in terms of analysis, and it's very easy to use. Most importantly it is correct! And I know that if problems were ever to happen they will resolve them quickly and effectively.
