My claim occurred 3 WEEKS AGO and I'm still waiting for a decision. Totally unacceptable! Loss of earning and numerous phone calls. Tradewise couldn't care less but once my monthly payment is due and I can't afford to pay it I'm sure they'll be contacting to me!!!

DISGUSTING!!! Paid for policy for the last 5 years, nothing but trouble, then after paying the policy for the 10 months period (which covers the whole 12 months) they cancel it with 2 months to go and didn’t even tell me about it!! You can’t ring them direct and they do t even get back to the broker who has sent numerous urgent emails!! TOTAL SCAM! AVOID

I am also one of many customers of Tradewise Insurance that has also been treated unfairly, very badly and ripped off by these scammers and unscrupulous fake insurers, after 3 months they cancelled my car insurance with out notifying me and with out giving any valid reason, then they just kept the rest of my money no refund no explanation what so ever, and this was during the lock down. there are immoral illegal and a total disgrace.
They will pay in the end what goes around comes around.they are Totally in breach of their terms and conditions and they will regret it.

Got insured by trade wise through Nash warren insurance brokers who was very helpful I dealt with a very helpful friendly chap called steven, who beat one sure insurance (fraudsters) quote and I was not on hold for ages!!!. Got my trade policy same day recieved my documents, same day showed up on askmid.com .
My advice to everyone is DO NOT USE ONESUREINSURANCE.

USE NASH WARREN!!!

Took out a motor trade policy with One Sure (Broker) with Trade Wise.
In a period over a year so many mistakes. Registration transfers WRONG, was driving an uninsured vehicle. No help from One Sure/ Trade Wise. MID not working properly etc. jUNE 26TH in " ENFIELD" a cloned a vehicle reg off one of my cars. Contacted by Trade Wise in "ENFIELD, they would deal with it ! ,Nothing happened, Months later I supplied pictures, police references etc proving not my vehicle involved. One Sure and Trade Wise did nothing, from June 2019 till Feb 2020. Then took it up myself spoke to 3rd party insurer LV Ins. I now had a pending claim against my No Claim Bonus. 8 Days with LV Insurance fantastic efficiently sorted. Still took One Sure and Trade Wise weeks to confirm No Claim Bonus.
Never Never insure with either of these people.

The worst SCAM/THIEF/CROOK insurance I have had for the whole of my driving time. They will go beyond DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Thieves will go as far as they can robbing others, I am more upset with Trading Standards letting these rats run around like they can do what they want. Shame these happens in 2020...

i regret being with this company. unhelpful and exploiting the current corona virus situation by refusing to help there customers. most insurance companys that cover taxis are now offering them an alternative to go from hire and reward to social and domestic during this crisis as we are unable to work. i currently pay just under £100 a month because of having public liability. i have no claims against my name clean license and have asked for help during this crisis. they refuse to help or budge on this. they are now refusing to answer any calls. my broker says i can cancel policy but they will hit me with cancelation penaltys resulting in me getting nothing. i implore anybody not to use this sham company. and people have long memorys and will not forget what you have done in this time of helping each other. my partner is in the nhs and you will want her to help you. think about it????

Tradewise Motor trader Insurance should be investigated for insurance fraud. I am a motor trader insured with tradewise. They also asked me to transfer our family car insurance to them, so that we can have everything under one policy, which I did. However, I was horrified with their action when a theft of a catalytic converter was reported to them, the CAT was stolen in ASDA Supermarket when my wife went in to the shop to buy something leaving the car keys with the Valeting /car washing company. Tradewise stated that they would not accept liability for the replacement of the CAT because:- 1) the car was given to a third party, the valeting company when the CAT was stolen. 2) The incident occurred 400 yards or more away from the business premises. I don't understand what they meant that the incident occurred 400 yards or more from the business premises. We insured our family cars to cover us from such occurrences when we move from one place to another. I will take the matter to the Insurance Ombudsman. I have been with them for 2 yrs and have never made any claims. I will definitely be leaving them at the end of my current policy.

Simply insurance using a crooked company called Trade wise insurance services. I called to the simply insurance customer service but it was Rubbish Customer Service, Non-professional approach to the clients. Jessey Tant didn't check the documents attached to the email properly and she is asking for the documents again. Please avoid in all cases because they talk rudely to the customers once you have paid for your insurance.

Absolutely disappointed with them, I have part time motor trade insurance I buy and restore the occasional car and van, I’m not a full time motor trader, I have a full time job, I explained all of this back in 2017 to my broker think insurance, I was told that they don’t cover cosworth vehicles and vans which I buy regular, my recovery truck wasn’t covered as it would have made the premium too expensive so this was sold on, now due to family circumstances I’ve had my policy cancelled, I hadn’t updated the m.i.d database, but the only vehicles I’ve brought and sold are ones that I can’t add to the policy, now my cover has been cancelled half way through and I’ve been told I’m not getting a partial refund by my broker as I’m past the 4 months cut off point, conveniently I was only contacted after the 4 months was up. Avoid at all costs

A vehicle on our fleet was involved in a none fault accident. They apparently had on record that I did not wish to claim for the damage on my truck. (I can assure you this is not the case)

Further more, I have now received a letter advising that they had settled the case in the other parties favour, as I had not provided witness details. (I had advised there was details available but to keep on to them for now until we knew what the other party was claiming for, and I had received quotes for my vehicle)

I have called today to follow this up and I was told 'We did try to call but your phone number didn't connect' - Thanks for the Effort. Could have tried again.

Very disappointed following the £000's that has been spent with them. I get the feeling that I have paid in more then they need to pay out, so they are not to bother about having to settle the claim at our expense, especially as they will be thinking that they will be getting another £600 in excess.

This company does Chauffeur Insurance with windscreen cover. Read the small print !, most chauffeur cars are Mercedes S Class , tradewise will not allow you to use Mercedes dealership to replace windscreen. You have to use their approved fitter. Apparently Mercedes dealership is not approved. If you want to use Mercedes they will only reimburse £250 for the windscreen (£700) and £75 excess comes off that totalling £175, but if you go through their approved fitter they cover up to £999 and you only pay £75 excess. So you are forced to use their fitter. Note: These windscreens needs to be calibrated by Mercedes - most insurances cover the calibration in the £999, but only Tradewise will NOT cover this - it cost £150 - £300 to get calibration after fitting - which you have to pay for. Something to think about when choosing Chauffeur Insurance Cover for S Class

UPDATE : THE WINDSCREENS FITTED BY THIER APPROVED FITTER IS NOT APPROVED BY MERCEDES AND IS 1mm THINNER THAN MERCEDES WINDSCREEN.
They will for a cheap LUCAS patent part .
