Traditional Beams Reviews

We have beam boxes made by Traditional Beams. We are extremely happy with the quality of materal they have used. Solid wood of excellent quality has been used which has given an amazing finish.
The quality of work is of highest level. They have best craftsmen in my opinion.
One of the beam got damaged in transit. Traditional Beams have been exellent and have replaced the damaged beam box with a newly made one.
We have no hesitation in recommending them.
I cannot thank enough to David, who was very helpul and supportive during thd whole process.

Speedy delivery, very competitive pricing & the quality of my two beams is fantastic. Looking forward to planing my next order with them.

I ordered an oak beam not for a fire place but for something else. It came in perfect condition and was a beautiful looking piece of Oak.

Ordered two wooden shelves very good quality, would buy again, very happy. Thank you

There were 3. The mounting holes did not match up which made the installation more complicated than it needed to be but they finally up and look great!

I am thrilled with my mantel beam it’s beautiful. From ordering and delivery the process was faultless. The friend who came to install it however messed up and bent one of the floating brackets despite the very clear fitting instructions. To make matters worse I ordered the wrong sized replacement kit. Spoke to a very nice and helpful lady who sent out the correct size free of charge.
You cannot get better customer service than that. I would highly recommend this company, the beam exceeded my expectations and the quality is amazing.

Excellent quality shelves, great communication and very impressive delivery for something that is not "off the shelf". We've bought from you before and will again if we need one of your products.

Well made oak beam. Not too difficult to fit. Good that the instructions were given. Looks great over the fireplace.

Delivery was as described and item arrived perfectly packaged. Our beam is absolutely perfect and has been complimented highly by the joiner who fitted it for us. We love it!

- helpful advice on the phone when enquiring about the shelving before making the purchase.
- the shelf is a beautiful colour (Danish)- as per the description-
- the wood itself is top quality
- the fittings /brackets etc were all in order- excellent quality
- the brackets get a lot of compliments (inverted)
- it meets all my expectations
- good delivery

Really pleased with the Oak beam, good quality and quick delivery. 5 star service!

Beautiful bit of wood, a great finish and adds real character to the house.

I bought a plank from traditional beams to have a floating shelf in my porch, it fits perfectly, exactly what I ordered and looks fantastic.

Mounting kit was easy to use and install

Lovely company , wait time for delivery is slightly longer than the norm however very good quality item. Only negative is I would have loved more character in my beam, as seen on website. However would still highly recommend.

A straight forward transaction with a beautiful solid product. Very happy customer

The mantel is fantastic, great quality and finished exactly how I asked for. Production to delivery was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend using them if you need anything especially if you need anything bespoke.

I found a beam on Traditional beams online they had a great selection to choose from and there site was very easy to use and the cost was excellent for what you get very original pieces . I ordered the oak beam with the oak window boards x 2 and I am very happy with the products. The delivery service was on the date they said and the delivery driver called me like I asked for 1 hour before can’t fault any of it. I will be recommending to friends and family and will buy again from here when needed 5* from us thank you

Great customer service, a very good product, highly recommended

Customer service, quality of products, price, delivery are all amazing. This is our second purchase from this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them. 5 stars from me.

From start to finish everything was excellent .
The final product is stunning , we are so pleased with it .

Traditional Beams were easy to deal with, answered all my queries. They were able to make my shelves to my measurements with no difficulty. The turn around was fast and when there was an issue with delivery the company investigated and resolved this for me despite the issue being with the courier(and it being C'mas time!).
I would recommend. My shelves are beautifully made, solid and strong and fitting was easily carried out.
