ACS Traduction Reviews 

J'ai embauché ACS Traduction pour traduire mon acte de mariage (français -> anglais) et plusieurs bulletins de salaires très techniques (anglais -> français) et je suis très satisfait du résultat qui justifie le tarif d'environ 40 euros par page complexe.

J'apprécie notamment la mise en page des traductions, très proche et fidèle aux documents originaux comprenant plusieurs tables compliquées, ainsi que la qualité des traductions que je trouve très appropriées en tant que bilingue, même sur les termes les plus techniques.

De plus, je trouve le service pratique: envoi des traductions en PDF dès leur disponibilité, avec la traduction papier à suivre au courrier.

Finalement, j'ai trouvé la prestation facile à commander: réponse immédiate au téléphone, le tout réglé en cinq minutes, devis par email sous 24h et livraison en quelques jours ouvrés.

Je ne peux donc que recommander sincèrement les services de ACS Traduction.

I hired ACS Traduction to translate my marriage certificate (French → English) and several highly technical pay slips (English → French), and I am very satisfied with the result, which fully justifies the rate of about 40 euros per complex page.

I particularly appreciate the layout of the translations, which is very close and faithful to the original document (including several complicated tables) as well as the quality of the translations, which I find very accurate as a bilingual speaker, even for the most technical terms.

I also find the service convenient: they send the translated files in PDF format as soon as they are ready, followed by the printed versions by mail.

Finally, I found the whole process easy to arrange: an immediate response by phone, everything settled in five minutes, a quote by email within 24 hours, and delivery within a few business days.

I can therefore sincerely recommend the services of ACS Traduction.

Utilisation de leurs services pour traduction assermentée d'un extrait de casier judiciaire. Mauvaise information sur les tarifs, il faut rajouter 60€ pour que le document puisse être apostillé (il manque la légalisation de la signature du traducteur en mairie). Bilan : 2 semaines de délai de perdu, triplement du prix de la traduction.
Quand je contacte le service client, pris en charge infantilisante, aucune excuse et l'impression d'être prise pour une abrutie qui n'a rien compris alors que l'entreprise fait tout pour que ses tarifs soient très clairs. La blague !

Demande de traduction d'un permis de conduire, efficacité et rapidité. Contact possible par téléphone pour des renseignements, très satisfaite. Je recommande.

J'ai fait traduire plusieurs diplômes et révélé notes pour mes études à l'étranger ainsi qu'un acte de naissance. Délais respectés et qualité irréprochable.
De plus un service client au top qui a répondu à toutes mes questions avec patience et gentillesse.
Je recommande vivement.
P.S. Attention, c'est bien ACS Traduction et non pas AS Traduction un site qui a volé leur concept et qui propose des traductions effectuées par des tunisiens non reconnues par les autorités.

Traductions au top et assermenté qui facilite les échanges avec les administrations.

Ce que je comprends pas, c'est la campagne de dénigrement d’Angleterre d'une société qui aurait essayé de racheter ACS ... Encore un arnaqueur !!

I am coming back to update this review. The vendor cannot be trusted. I advise that you the your business elsewhere. ACS Traduction failed to take responsibility for the delivery of the agreed service. I specified from the start that I wanted physical copies of the translation delivered to and address by recorded mail, ACS Traduction agreed. Weeks and months went by with no delivery. The tracking number ACS Traduction has no updates, still to this day on the official French mail website. ACS Traduction did not care as they took my money and refused even a partial refund (they wanted everything and no responsibility). They did not care at all, I had to contact them repeatedly over the weeks and months. They gave excuses from the manager not being available, that they've would reply (and never did), to telling me that 'I' needed to open a complaint with their chosen postal carrier. Right up to the end they agreed to investigate with a claim at the French mail service but refused to refund any amount. Thank God for PayPal, I never used their claim service but on this I had no other choice as ACS Traduction were just uncaring as they already had my money. The evidence and all communication was investigated by PayPal and the claim was found in my favour, forcing ACS Traduction to do the right thing and refund me that total amount. Funny, as I had told ACS Traduction, before opening the PayPal claim that I would settle with a fraction of the amount paid I had paid them - but they wanted it all, no responsibility and all my money. During the claim process with PayPal, ACS Traduction produced an email supposedly from the French mail company that somehow claimed the tracking mail item was delivered - this despite the official website still showing no updates (meaning the item was lost). My message to ACS Traduction is to take responsibility for delivering your service to your paying customers and not to fob people off to other service providers such as your chose carrier company. You need to ensure that you deliver what your customers have paid you. This time you messed with the wrong person, other unsuspecting customers would accept your lazy responsibilities and responses. I know you are going to claim that your 'sent' the translation as an email, that is not what I agreed on, required, or received. Emails are not a recorded delivery method. My advise to anyone reading this is to avoid ACS Traduction as when they fail to delivery their service they will brush you away and keep your money while being condescending in their attitude towards you.

L'un de mes clients travaille avec cette entreprise. Je suis en charge de la communication des textes à traduire. Rien à dire sur la qualité du travail, toujours très bien. Ne me prononce pas concernant les tarifs que je ne connais pas puisque ce n'est pas moi qui règle.

Very professional, timings announced are respected.
Maybe it will be better if documents are in color and if the paper documents are sent with a stronger envelope, mine were affected by the rain in my letter box...but it's independent to them so still ok

Rapide, efficace, un peu cher pour un seul document mais dépanne bien des qu'on a besoin d'une traduction officielle et assermentée ! Le document ne contient pas de fautes et a gardé le format initial permettant une lecture rapide et le sentiment d’être officiel.

I was waiting for a translation I had ordered. When I saw the reviews on this site I started to worry. No need. I phoned up to enquire about my translation and received it within 10 minutes. This is a very professional service, they have a multilingual customer service number and the work is high quality. Any doubts just telephone them. Seriously how many websites give out a customer service number nowadays? Very happy with the service and translation.

C'est des arnaqueurs. Sur la page commande, vous avez des tarifs pour toute sorte de document maus au fait les tarifs sont par page. Par exemple c'est afficher avis d'imposition en dessous le prix 54 euros mais une fois vous cliquer sur ca vous avez 54 euros / page. Le "Par page" est ecrit en gris clairalors que le prix en couleur vive et en grand.
Je pensais avoir un bon pris mais au fait ils sont plus chers que tout les traducteur que j'ai trouvé en angelterre pour faire Francais->Anglais.

Very disappointed! The document was full of obvious mistakes (dates were wrong).The costumer service was very poor. I can't recommend them!

I received the translation of my school diploma (French -> English) at the date specified, the translation had no obvious problem and was accepted by the University.
