As soon as I pulled up I was guided into the work shop asked if I wanted tea or coffee which was nice of them. I asked how long it would take I was told x number of minutes which was nearly to the minute the job was done very professionally neat and tidy couldn’t have wished for a better firm to do the job 5star service 10/10 would recommend this firm to anyone who wants a tow-bar fitting.

Hi. .had your engineer out to my home on Friday. .what a polite and pleasant man. I felt I was asking to many questions, but he explained everything I wanted to know and was happy to listen to me. Fitting is excellent, neat and tidy. Sorry I don't remember his name , but he's a credit to your company. Good price good service, and he did enjoy several cups of coffee. .thank you.

First class. Called Wednesday for a quote came next day prompt at 9.30. Fitter was very professional and polite, fully explained everything and was done and dusted in 2 hours. Tow bar and electrics are completely invisible when not in use. Highly recommended

Totally brilliant, extremely competitively priced which included the fitting. They gave me great advice and even came out to my work place to fit the tow bar.

Would highly recommend trailertrek towbars,looked theres guys up on the internet and was impressed with their webpage and rating, I did my research and decided to go for a detachable towball and dedicated wiring for my cx-5 mazda. I phoned them and they recommended what I had looked up, well worth paying the extra, engineer came on the day and the time they had said on the phone and took about 2-hours to fit nice neat job explained everything to me after fitting, funny thing about it picked my caravan up two weeks later from Burton caravan centre and the sale guy marcus had a sign on his desk recommending trailertrek so good choice on my behalf.

Engineer was on time. Clean and tidy worker who explained everything well

I bought a used Porsche from a BMW dealership and wanted a towbar fitted before I collected the car. I contacted Trailertrek and they said "Leave it with us" They arranged all aspects directly with the garage and when I collected my car it was all done & fitted to a brilliant standard. I couldn't be happier...and i'm a proper fussy git as well!!! Well done guys :-)
