I can’t recommend Tom enough. From the initial enquiry right through to completing my HGV licence, he’s been brilliant throughout the whole process. He gave me his direct number so I could contact him with any questions and was always really helpful and quick to respond. He even helped me fill in the forms for my licence application which made everything much less stressful. Great customer service from start to finish and I really appreciate all the help.

Communication has been great, and they’ve been quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help or clarification. It’s clear they care about making the process as straightforward as possible for new starters.

I’m really looking forward to starting the course and continuing the journey with them. So far, I’d definitely recommend TrainHGV to anyone thinking about getting into HGV driving.

Currently doing my theory practice but Ash has been very helpful, even when ive given him a call he has helped out if I was unsure of something.

Not all the way through my training so far but, so far so good I have all the theory training I need and it’s all sorted into sections definitely worth going for TrainHGV.

I came across TRAIN HGV looking for Class 1 training for a new job perspective. Within 10-15mins of passing my details over I had a phone call straight away from Tom, who has been fantastic since the start of my course. Had a really good experience with Ashley while working towards my C1 licence. Even though we’ve only spoken over the phone, his communication is spot on—he explains everything clearly and always makes sure I understand before moving on.

Amazing customer service

I have Luke as my training advice and support. He has been really clear with the requirements and how the process works. There hasn't been any pressure to have revision done in a certain time and I'm able to work within my own timeframe.
