Easy As HGV Reviews

Just complete my HGV C+E using easy as HGV ive found them fantastic they have arranged and organized everything without any issues. From payment to compleation of all 6 test I compleated the course in 8 weeks which I only put down to there professionalism and organisational skills. If you have no understanding of what you need to do to achieve your hgv qualifications they are fantastic at walking you through everything and being at the end of the phone if you have any further question. A massive thankyou to all the team at easy as hgv.

Super quick to get in contact with you. talks the talk about supporting you all the way through the course.
Takes your money and leaves you alone.
Does not care after money taken.

Make sure you focus on what it is that you want and don't expect a lot of help and support.

Good experience although could have more communication with you. Have not been contacted about them placing me in work which is not good as they said they will find you work after.Overall was ok but not happy about them not calling me about finding me work.

My experience with Anthony in the recruitment department has been nothing short of incredible, Anthony always made contact when he said & even helped me get a driving assessment with Unilever in tilbury which I can happily confirm I have got the job!!

Massive thanks to Anthony and his team!

Got exactly what I paid for and passed my hgv tests first time! Thank you very much!

The communication and efficency of everything was amazing. Made the process seamless. I went from knowing nothing about hgv's to being fully licensed in less than a year. Worth every penny and would definitely reccomend them.

From the start, I informed them my only availability is Mondays and Tuesdays. I was told this isn't a problem. After my theory tests were complete, I was offered dates that matched this, and I confirmed. Two days later, I received an email saying the dates I confirmed are no longer available. I replied, requesting a refund if they can't find dates, and I have had no updates in 6 days.

Update, after this review and more emails sent I've been given dates at a location 1h30 away from me meaning I have to drive 3 hours for every 4 hour session. All because they couldn’t confirm the original booking

Brilliant service from start to finish!!
Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Highly Recommend!

Absolutely fantastic company! I can’t thank them enough for helping me secure a job as an HGV driver. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.

They made everything straightforward and stress-free, kept me informed and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find the right opportunity.

Finding a job in the HGV industry can be challenging, especially when you’re just starting out, but they made the whole experience so much easier.

I’m really grateful for all their help and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for work in the transport industry. Brilliant service from start to finish!

Easy as hgv were really helpfull and I couldn't of asked for anymore, everything was booked for me and clear instructions were given as to where and what I was doing, I just had to turn up and drive.

Great customer service, very polite staff and constantly being informed of what I have to do and when i can do it.

They cover everything from getting you a CPC card to a driving session, and then find you a job!

everything was smooth and the company was very helpful with booking everything and explaining what needs to be done

Very poor experience trying to cancel HGV training
I booked HGV training through Easy As HGV and subsequently decided to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period.
Since requesting the cancellation, I have tried contacting Easy As HGV by both phone and email on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, I have received very little communication or assistance. The only response I received was that they would contact Snap Finance to cancel the finance agreement.
However, Snap Finance advised me that they had not received confirmation of the cancellation from Easy As HGV. This has left me having to chase both companies myself to try to resolve an issue that I believe should have been dealt with by Easy As HGV.
I am particularly concerned because the situation involves a finance agreement and potentially my credit file. I have had to contact Snap Finance directly to raise a complaint and clarify what is happening with the payments and my credit record.
The whole process has been extremely stressful and frustrating. I would have expected much better communication and support, particularly when I contacted the company within the cancellation period.
I am still waiting for this matter to be properly resolved and for confirmation that the finance agreement has been cancelled.
I would strongly recommend keeping records of all emails, phone calls and cancellation requests if you are dealing with this company.

I was pleased with everything that I experienced during training especially

Excellent service and superb communication, really recommend this company
