Used to be a good product but then they decided to redo the UI. THe product lacks basic leanring plans to guide a user. The system is a mess of 5 concepts that are confusing and hard to navigate. The new UI is very confusing and hard to use for users. They try to do a search for topics but are unable to find a topic that matches OR they find topics they don't have access to. The system should not show content they don't have access to but it does show that it exists as a Subject and then the user sends requests to view content they are not supposed to see, wasting the admins time.

Trainual is one of the best pieces of software that we use.. and we use alot! They are continually innovating and making things better and more user friendly. Alot of other SOP softwares out there are stagnant. 5 Start to the Trainual Team!

Trainual is fantastic!

A great central location for all your company information and truly the way to get everyone on the same page.

Great for centralizing remote locations or standardizing multiple location facilities.

Also super easy to use and interact with.

Trainual continuously blows me away. Their customer service is attentive and ensures that any issues me or my company have ever had are solved quickly. They provide spaces for customers to work with each other and their teams to ensure everyone's platforms are built exceptionally well. They regularly provide incredibly useful product updates and ensure that the updates are tested by actual users before implementation. It is also a nice benefit to be apart of those tests as a user and help the Trainual team ensure what they add to their system is something customers want.

Trainual and their team is attentive to their customer's needs and work tirelessly to ensure that everyone can efficiently and effectively manage their processes and train their business.

Implementing Trainual in our company is one of the best investments we've made. The level of detail and specification you can go into on the platform is incredible. Trainual allows all of our Teams to have access to policies and procedures across the board so that everyone knows who is responsible for what and what the process for various matters looks like so that there is true accountability in place. We strongly believe in knowledge sharing as a company so that there is context and reasoning behind each situation we deal with and Trainual makes it easy for everyone to access the information database. We are also able to keep our Teams on their toes and in the know with updated/new processes with regular quizzes and a user friendly interface that everyone can learn easily. Trainual is quickly becoming a very heavily relied on application we use in our day to day workflow, and I'm very grateful for it!

Trainual is amazing for Onboarding and employee training. Everyone learns differently and this platform gives you the best of all worlds to have written content, pictures, videos, etc. They are continually improving the platform with new enhancement

Trainual is an absolute game changer! It has saved myself and our staff from so many meetings and repetitive trainings. Now staff can complete training materials in their own timeframe and always have something to refer back on for a refresher!

Trainual helps a lot getting to know about the ways of how work is done in here.

This software is insane. We cut our onboarding process down to less than a week. It used to take us about 12 days to onboard, now it's 4-5.

Also, if you aren't using Trainual, you know how your team members always need to ask questions and it takes up a lot of the day? Yeah, that doesn't happen when you have this software integrated. Thank you Trainual for bringing me from 70 hour work weeks to closer to 55 - and a similar time savings for the managers on my team!

Clunky, cannot use graphics or photos from internet cannot insert diagrams without using other very clunky software, difficult to organise in alphabetical order
