From the moment I arrived, Peter was not only incredibly understanding, but he made me feel comfortable at a very distressing time. He and the team were compassionate, and catered for my every need. I left feeling like my dog was in the best hands and in a place where he would be treated with the utmost respect & taken care of.

Having lost our beautiful little cat , Peter was fantastic and then Ted their driver delivering her home.

It took 9 days for Peter to give me my dogs ashes, they were returned to me in a scatter tube as the urn I had paid for had still not arrived, despite several unanswered calls and leaving messages I have still not received the urn.

A big thank you to Peter & his team for taking care of our cat. Peter was excellent from the beginning nothing was too much trouble we felt great empathy from him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him .
It just shows you don't have to be biggest in the business but Peter & his team are certainly one of the best .....

At a time when you need understanding and empathy from someone who you are about to entrust with a much loved family member, you can’t fault Tranquility. They are pet owners and pet lovers themselves, so they knew the pain we as a family were experiencing. I would recommend Tranquility to anyone wishing to say goodbye to their mate in a sensitive and thoughtful way.

Excellent service, Peter was so compassionate in such differcult circumstances of loosing our fur baby. I know Buster would of been treated with such dignity from the moment he left us until he came home again. X

This is our second dog that we trusted with Tranquility & again Peter was so kind, compassionate & caring when he collected our beloved Brandy (Bear Bear) nothing is ever to much trouble & he goes above & beyond which is absolutely lovely through such a heartbreaking time.

Very responsive to our telephone call. Empathetic and our lovely pet dog was collected and returned with dignity.
We chose the ashes scattering tube with flowers and our dogs cremated remains were returned just on time four days later.

Always very kind and caring. Nothing is too big. They have done 2 of my pets and I wouldn’t want anyone else. He’s very good at what he does. Always puts the animals first and always very kind and caring towards the owners. Such an amazing company

We experienced a very prompt, sensitive and efficient service. Peter was extremely understanding, which is so important at the time of losing a beloved pet. In our case we were in shock at the sudden and unexpected loss of our dog, and the help and advice we got from Peter was very much appreciated.

20/11 we had to have our Ruby put to sleep. Peter from Tranquillity Pets treated her with so much respect and never hurried us as we were very emotional. He provided her with own little basket and blanket and he wrapped her up like a baby she looked like she was asleep. The service from start to finish was exceptional and we would highly recommend them. Thank you so much for making a sad day into something that has created a little memory that she had the best!!!

Having first used Tranquillity's services earlier this year, we sadly had to call upon Peter again and he was yet again responsive (being available with less than 24 hours' notice) and most importantly to us, as a family, he is kind and compassionate and provides a low-key personal service, at a time when it is needed most. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter and Tranquility Pet Cremation to anyone, in the sad circumstances of saying goodbye to their family pet.

A very caring service. Peter was so kind & reassuring that I felt safe letting my Rosie go with him when he collected her. All pets are individually cremated and the ashes can be returned to you at home. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately we have had to use Tranquility twice this year. Peter has always been great and I would highly recommend Tranquility when the sad time arrives.

I was very sceptical with making sure my little boys transition was going to be as personal as possible, once I had spoken to Peter I knew everything would be ok, this guy has gone over and above in every way to help both my family and our boy. It’s so vitally important to make a connection like this to help you through this hard time. Highly recommended.
