They were very fast to respond, kind in their communications, quick and reliable. I had my dear dog back in three days and in a really lovely package. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent caring service, they came to collect my dog immediately, very understanding and delivered her ashes back to me within a week.

In our moment of sadness, Tranquility were a comforting and gentle experience. They acted at short notice to receive our beloved Dylan dog. He was cremated individually so that we have his ashes. And everything was done with the upmost sympathy and respect for him and for us.

When we lost our beloved Pointer at 13, we were distraught. He had been sick for a short while and although we knew his time was limited, we hoped that he would live another summer.

At the very difficult time towards the end of our Pointers life we phoned tranquility. Peter is such a fantastic and caring guy, reassured us that if and when the time came everything would be taken care of.

Tranquility have several options for when the time comes to say goodbye, whether that happens at home as with us ,or at your chosen veterinary practice.

After our Pointer had sadly passed away we chosen to take him on one final car journey, something that he loved, We spoken with Peter and he was more than happy to meet us at Tranquility.

Upon our arrival Peter made us feel that our Pointer would be taken care of, with the dignity and respect he deserved. We were feeling pretty raw and sad after losing such a big part of our family which we loved so dearly. Peter made us feel at ease with the sadness and loss we were going through, and we left knowing our Pointer "Woof" had been left in the best hands.

Losing a dog or cat is such a sad experience, knowing what to do after is confusing and something we don't really think about too much, thankfully Tranquility we're there when we needed them, and I can highly recommend their services when that sad day arrives.

Peter was so kind and compassionate after the death of our cats. He put me at ease and I felt that our boys were safe and being cared for even after they had gone.

This is the first pet I have lost. He was a huge part of my life we were honoured to be given a retired police dog for his forever home. This due to health reasons was only for 4 years but we were a tightly bonded family. Tim at tranquility made this part of the process as caring and soft as it could possibly be done. I knew I was leaving Alfie in safe hands. Communications were good and Tim is hugely empathetic which really helps as a 53 year old man blubbering in front of Tim this was hugely helpful. Thank you for everything. All services carried out perfectly with no rushing at any stage even when I dropped Alfie off. Thank you !

Peter was so lovely and supportive when I went to visit him with my passed pet. He let me know all the options, cost and when I would be able to pick him up again. Lovely all around.
