the product was not up to standards
the process of ordering was simple, it was the product that disappointed me, the uvdtf was staying on the plastic while trying to attach it to a flat poreless surface, glass.

Every time I go into the office to pick up my transfers, I’m greeted by this lady named Emily. She’s such an awesome, kind person! I always see her doing 50 things at once but is kind enough to pause for a moment to answer my questions, or to help me with a problem I may have. THATS customer service! I appreciate that she makes me feel welcomed and not treating me like I’m bothering her. Thanks transfer kingdom for the awesome vibrant transfers and thanks for having a team player like Emily!
