‼️ I am adding it that my actual experience with TransUnion has been absolutely diabolical and I have written another review on this! This positive review is for Terry and Terry only! TransUnion are an awful company who most of the time have no idea what they are doing‼️
I am writing this 5 star review for one reason and that is to thank Tery who I spoke to today (24.2.26) she was the only person to help me (out of 6 other people). Months I had been trying to sort an issue out that tery has hopefully sorted in minutes! Thankyou Tery!
She seems to be one of the only competent staff members TransUnion have….i will be writing another review about my experience in due course….

They don’t listen to what you are saying I have paid a parking fine that even though I shouldn’t have had to I did cos they threatened a CCJ. Even though I paid it they still lodged a CCJ against me. I have sent proof of payment to TransUnion and they are refusing to erase the CCJ. They are asking for court paperwork I don’t have the court didn’t even tell me the CCJ was being lodged I found out by seeing my credit score go down. Whole experience has been horrendous. TransUnion have not helped me at all they are not even listening to what I am saying

Avoid this terrible company at all costs contacted them many times and told them my electoral registration date is incorrect. Sent proof of the correct date and still they refused to change my date😡

Absolutely crap and incompetent and inefficient.
Spotted an error and pointed it out, they then were sent proof, and they then sent me back incorrect information telling me they weren't changing it.
If they can't even get electoral register information correct, how can credit companies rely on this inaccurate agency.

Very far incorrect credit score I'm in excellent in Equifax and Experian however this company is dragging me down in the 500s because (lack of credit reporting from credit providers). So I am personally responsible for them getting the correct credit info on time. How are you operating it you cannot get people's info. The banks don't even like you it seems or they would report on time. I seldom review but you're affecting my livelihood. So there's a 1 star although it won't make a difference. And please I'm not going to email you to chat further so don't reply with that same reply you send everyone.

Poor customer service! Not helpful, robotic/ stock responses, ridiculous, incomprehensible 50 page 'Your Credit File Explained' accompanying the credit report! However, this (credit report) is key information. Further, how can their data be so obtuse and the process to change it so cumbersome /slow - bearing in mind Credit Files have potentially detrimental effects!?

They hold information on that they provide to 3rd party companies, which I understand, but I asked them to give me that report which I should legally be entitled to and I haven’t received it, no wonder that gave a bad reviews on hete

I had some doubts regarding my credit score, which dropped, and after talking with a member of their team they gave me some advice that could me help me to increase it. The lady who I talked to was very helpful and friendly.
At the beginning I was afraid to search for their help, and I’m very satisfied with the results now.

Unhelpful,slow and no urgency whatsoever, automated responses mean nothing !
28 day process to acknowledge then another 28 days to amend. Bearing in mind Credit Files have a detrimental effect in each situation and the necessity to progress in certain applications.

Tshedi, who I have been dealing with at Transunion, has been fantastic to be honest. I can't fault the service at all as I always get a reply to my questions. Obviously it's a very complex subject, (Credit Report Details), so I assume a lit if people do require help. Best wishes. Ashley.

They were very efficient and friendly in dealing with the matter I raised with them. The procedure I needed to follow was clearly explained, and a subsequent email sent for me so that I could clarify additional details they required to progress the matter raised. All in all a very good customer service so far.
