This information is supplied to us by your provider and we can help you correct the information by using the data dispute process. While this is happening, we'll add a note to your Equifax Credit Report so that any organisations looking at it are aware that the information is under dispute. If you prefer, you can get in touch with the company directly and ask for changes to be made at the earliest opportunity. If you are successful, you can ask the company to ensure records are updated at Equifax and any other Credit Reference Agencies as soon as possible.

You can cancel your service online by logging into your Equifax account, going to the My Account tab and selecting the Product Management option on the left. Please make sure you download all the credit reports and scores before you call because they cannot be retrieved after the service has been cancelled.

Additionally, when you cancel the service you’ll no longer receive alerts about changes to your information and we may not be able to answer specific questions about your account in the future.

Waste of time and money

I needed my credit report for a remortgage, charged me for membership then wouldnt let me download the report just a wheel of thinking and then nothing.
Much better service from experian.

Awful disappointing and dishonest…

Awful disappointing and dishonest company took monthly payments from my account even though I cancelled the charges, now going to bank to claim back through fraud unbelievable avoid this reference agency please everyone be aware.

I downloaded the app to look at the information for any loans that I had to finance 2 Volkswagen cars i found it very informative & also interesting to look back over the years & to also see my credit score unfortunately I won’t be subscribing to your services but the security checks were very good & informative to me.

Main information easy to see, find. The information for one report was inaccurate so some anxiety caused.

Staff was efficient in handling…

Staff was efficient in handling queries. Plus they gave great advice on how to improve your credit score. App was also great. Would highly recommend to use their app.

This is an utterly unacceptable and…

This is an utterly unacceptable and deeply concerning level of service. I requested a straightforward name change, yet instead of updating my existing records, you deleted my 5-year-old account with an excellent credit history and replaced it with a new account showing zero history.

This reckless action has had serious consequences. As a direct result of your error, my car finance application has been rejected, causing financial loss and significant distress.

This situation demonstrates a clear failure in your internal processes and a lack of due care when handling sensitive financial data. Customers place trust in your organisation to maintain accurate records—this trust has been completely undermined.

I am now actively considering pursuing formal action due to the damage caused by your negligence. I expect this matter to be urgently investigated and rectified.

Extremely poor service and a highly damaging experience.

Absolute rubbish company.

Absolute rubbish company.
I’ve been trying for months to understand why I am not allowed to increase my Amex credit limit, since my Experian credit score is perfect.
Only to find out that they use Equifax
- They can’t keep up to date with my addresses, they have some old flats added under my name, which I’ve moved out of 1 year ago
- They simply can’t understand that some people are not eligible for voting in the UK.
- On top of that, the customer service is terrible, the agent on the phone keeps repeating the same phrases thay he’s written down to me.

How do you lose 25 points on a Three year old account that you disputed and was never investigated All Equifax did was ask the company is it true and it's not can we Sue Equifax and the company?????
