I bought a return ticket with this agency about 3 months prior to my flight. I was issued a ticket, and I contacted Ethiopian airline directly for confirmation of my ticket. The ticket was confirmed at the time by the airline. 2 weeks prior to my flight, I tried to purchase an extra luggage so tried to retrieve my booking information, only to be told the reservation was no longer available. I spoke to Ethiopian airline who confirmed this agency had initiated a cancellation and refund of my ticket, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!! I no longer have a reservation on the flight and the agency is refusing to co-operate with me in retrieving my money back. They are scammers. Avoid them!!!!
They have replied implying I have received my full refund which is false. I still haven’t received my money. They are not co-operative. I have been reaching out to your team and it’s been one excuse after another in trying to retrieve my refund. SCAM!!!

We would like to clarify that the flight cancellation was initiated by the airline and not by Travcart. As soon as we were notified, we immediately raised a refund request and actively followed up with the airline on your behalf. In addition, we clearly confirmed to you that Travcart would process your refund directly, even if the airline took longer to release the funds. At no point was it communicated that your refund would be delayed or withheld.
Travcart does not cancel confirmed bookings without airline involvement, nor do we withhold customer refunds. We have continued to pursue this matter to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible and remain committed to completing your refund.
Also, you must have already received your full refund as of now.
We kindly encourage you to reach out to our support team with your booking reference so we can provide you with the latest update and assist you further. Customer trust is extremely important to us, and we appreciate your patience while we work to bring this to a full resolution.

I had a terrible experience with Travcart
I recently booked a flight through TravCart , and the experience was extremely frustrating. Right after I paid, I received a call saying my ticket was not available anymore and that they would refund me. Since it was midnight, I asked them to call the next morning—no one did.
When I called back, the manager Roger was very polite and promised to resolve the issue within two hours. No call. When I followed up again, he said he’d call back in 30 minutes, but instead I got a call from an agent named Jonathan who was rude, unprofessional, and kept insisting I pay an extra £350 to book with Virgin Atlantic. He ignored everything I tried to explain and even questioned why I spoke to the manager.
I later spoke to another manager, but was told my only option was to change dates or pay more. In the end, I had no choice but to ask for a refund.
Very disappointing experience.

Never used TravCart before but happy…
Never used TravCart before but happy with service. Only issue (hence only 4 stars) was that I was told e-tickets would be sent within 1-2 hrs once payment was made. There was a glitch with this as Premium Economy price changed for return journey and I had to phone to sort it out. They did not arrive the day they were ordered and I had to chase the following day. This was a bit worrying as I'd never use TravCart before, however the reviews were reassuring and eventually they did arrive. Roger and Harry were very helpful.
