Minha experiência com a Traveasy foi péssima
Minha experiência com a Traveasy foi extremamente frustrante e decepcionante. Comprei uma passagem aérea e não recebi a confirmação da reserva. Depois disso, recebi uma ligação exigindo o pagamento adicional de 20 euros que não haviam sido informados anteriormente.
Além disso, tentei entrar em contato diversas vezes pelo WhatsApp e simplesmente não obtive resposta. Diante da falta de comunicação e da situação confusa, solicitei o cancelamento, pois não concordo em pagar valores adicionais inesperados. Até agora, também não tive resposta sobre o cancelamento.
A falta de transparência, a cobrança inesperada e a ausência total de suporte ao cliente tornam essa experiência muito negativa. Não recomendo.

Price are very competitive
Price are very competitive, however, we had a little bit of back and forward for the price of my flight ticket. But the travel consultant Manish Kumar was really helpful and sorted things out.

would like to warn all travellers to…
would like to warn all travellers to stay away from Traveasy bcoz they are only looting the people and recently i had a very bad experience with Travaesy. At first when i requested them to prepond my re booking then they asked me to pay 750 dirham, later on they called me 2nd time & said price has increased and now you have to pay 1000 dirham and somehow i agreed but again they called me 3rd time and asked 1150 dirham giving the excuse that price has increased and its for just one way fare.Abhishek and his team leader Amar knew that its must for me to re book my ticket then they started blackmailing me with different tricks.
You all people ate requested to please don't buy your flight ticket from Traveasy bcoz they are not more than a fraud agency.

I bought a ticket through this agency but when I finalise the Payment I didn't get confirmation wether purchase was successful ot not but they take the money from my account until I contacted their agent they tell me ticket prices when up but that is not the case not to give final confirmation

Happy with my experience
I had a good experience booking my flight through traveasy. I faced a problem trying to make payment for the flight and requested a call back. They called me swiftly and was able to help with the issue efficiently. Juli Tiwari was really professional, prompt and helpful. And the price they offered was the cheapest compared to other companies.
