I had a wonderful customer service experience with Rohit Negi. The first time I called Traveasy was for a cancellation, and it was a pleasure speaking with him, so much so that my 10 year daughter sitting next to me says "these flight people are very polite". Rohit ensured that he gives me the right details and no sugar coating.
After today's call I won't mind using Traveasy for future bookings. I seriously hope that they continue to deliver the same standard of service going forward.
Another positive with Traveasy was, there was no automated phone navigating system or AI. When I called I got connected straight with a human.

To be honest
To be honest, this is the first time I have ever felt such personalized support from Traveasy, especially from Prince Singh.
I was in one of the worst situations possible, facing a last-minute travel crisis. But Prince Singh genuinely supported me like a brother. He stayed in constant communication, worked tirelessly to resolve the issue, and even helped coordinate with Lufthansa throughout the process.
I truly appreciate his dedication and support. In many situations, customer service teams tend to step back when things become complicated, but Traveasy did the opposite. They continuously supported me and did everything they could to help.
Thank you so much, Prince Singh and the Traveasy team, for your outstanding service. I am genuinely grateful for all your help.

Very poor experience, misleading pricing and confusing website
I had a really disappointing experience trying to book a flight to Taipei through Traveasy. I selected and paid the advertised price for the flight, only to receive a phone call afterwards saying that the flight details had changed and that I would need to pay an additional £100 to cover the new flight cost.
What made this worse was that when I asked about getting a full refund, I was told there would be a £100 admin fee. This meant I was effectively pushed into paying more than the price originally advertised, which feels completely unfair and misleading.
The website itself was also very poor. The dates were confusing and inconsistent across different parts of the booking process. In one place, it showed one return date, while elsewhere it appeared to flip the month and day, showing a completely different date. This made the booking process stressful and unclear.
Overall, I would not recommend Traveasy based on my experience. The advertised price did not seem to be the final price, the refund policy felt unfair, and the website made it difficult to trust the booking details.

Although your payment was successfully completed, the ticket had not yet been issued when the airline revised the fare due to a change in availability.
We understand that fare changes between payment and ticket issuance can be frustrating. Our team always works to secure bookings at the confirmed price whenever possible. However, as airline pricing and seat availability can change in real time, this may occasionally affect the final ticketing outcome.
As the booking was not qualified for free cancellation, any cancellation request is subject to the applicable airline cancellation fees and policies. We also appreciate your comments regarding our website. We are continuously working to make our platform more user-friendly and easier for our customers to understand.

Same ticket made me buy twice, cheater’s
I told Traveeasy to modify my ticket because of flight schedules change from airline, Agent cancelled my ticket without my consent, I have all the evidence, I had to buy same tickets twice from traveasy paying extra money because other airlines was not available. I fly 18 years regularly, if I ever have to buy ticket and traveasy is the last company exists in the world I will start walk to my destination but will not buy ticket from them 😢
