I would not use this company again or recommend anyone to use it.

After paying for a flight, I never received a booking confirmation and had to contact customer services myself to find out what was going on. I was then told that the price could not be honoured and that I would need to pay an additional £52 due to an alleged increase in taxes.

The representative said he would call me back within 30 minutes after speaking with the airline to see if they can take the price i paid. No callback was ever received, and after waiting more than an hour I had to call back myself to chase an update.

At that point, I decided to request a refund. I was told the refund would take 7-10 days and that written confirmation would be sent within 10-15 minutes. Once again, I had to follow up because communication was poor throughout the process.

To their credit, the full refund of £571 was eventually returned to my account within 24 hours. However, that does not change the fact that I paid for a flight, received no booking confirmation, was later asked for additional money, and had to repeatedly chase the company for information.

After reading other reviews describing very similar experiences, I am not confident in this company's booking process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking through Traveasy.

This was stressful, time-consuming, and not what I would expect from a travel company handling customers' money.

I really wish I had read the reviews before booking a flight with Traveasy. Thankfully, my flight to Spain wasn’t very expensive, but the whole experience was extremely concerning.

They called me while I was working, so I couldn’t answer. They then followed up with an email creating a sense of urgency and telling me to call them as soon as possible.

When I eventually managed to speak to them, I was told that British Airways was supposedly asking me to pay an additional £20 for my flight. I found this extremely suspicious. Why would I suddenly be asked to pay more after making my booking? From what I’ve seen in other reviews, this seems to be more of a tactic used to pressure customers into paying extra.

I refused to pay the additional £20 and explained that this was not my responsibility. I then sent them a strongly worded email explaining that I would formally complain and report the matter if necessary. Thankfully, I eventually received my ticket without having to pay anything extra.

Unfortunately, it seems that many other customers have fallen into this trap and ended up paying the additional amount.

Terrible. Avoid at any cost!!! As advertising price looks cheap comparing with other travel agencies but service is awful. Booked tickets yesterday, Money went off my bank , no e ticket issued, I've been contacted today that I've to balance additional 50 euro for extra tax fees , I' ve done that still no ticket , called airlines no information of my booking to be found. Contacted tonight through UK phone , got info that I've to wait another half an hour for them to do bank checking and issue my E Ticket, after 1 hour, received info email , that booking will be not processed as tickets price goes up , need to wait for refund and probably will not receive in full as they have 25 euro cancellation fee. Need to cancel my travelling plans. 😫
Many contact phones were not responding. For now on I'm just praying to get my money back ( 700 euro). It seems to me as they are scammers. Extremely be careful!

We booked three tickets through Traveeasy, but a carrier update by the airline caused a booking error. The Traveeasy team was incredibly genuine and efficient in rectifying the issue, quickly rebooking our tickets at no extra cost. 

I want to make a special mention of Prince Singh. Working a late-night shift in India, he showed immense professionalism and immediately put us at ease. He ensured our details were correctly updated, generated the new tickets, and even assisted us with seat selection. His help was truly invaluable.

whatever you do, do not use any other method to buy your airline tickets

that way when they call you to try and squeeze you for extra money you know you have an absolute right to 100% refund

I haf that experience where minutes after booking I was told some nonsense about the tickets weren't available at the price I saw online and I had to pay extra money

I immediately said I am absolutely not paying one penny extra and I want a full and immediate refund

when the guy tried to backtrack I said listen don't worry I will just put in a section 75 claim with my credit card I will get my money back regardless

he then had to go tail between his legs to his supervisor who then apparently authorized the deduction of the extra cost and the company would have to "take the loss", whatever that means!!!

I eventually got the final confirmation details and confirmed with the airline that the booking has filtered through fully

so although at the end of the day I did get my ticket at the price I expected to pay, it is only because I had paid by credit card and I said no to extra fees

so if you're going to use with this company, remember the two golden rules

1. pay by credit card, do not and I really mean this, do not use any other method to pay them. you will then have extra legal protections that you won't through other payment methods

2. when they call you begging for extra money and giving you some nonsense reasons, just say you want to cancel and have a full refund and don't put up with any excuses

fake website, please dont book anything. amount will be deducted from your bank and later no ticket confirmation or email will be recevied from thier end. when you ask the chat or call center they will inform us to pay additional to book the same, as tickets are sold out from the airlines and if you want to cancel and ask the amount back they will charge you additional amount for that as well. SCAMMERS

It was great experience in getting help from Miss Jhanvi (customer service).

Be aware they are scamers i booked my ticket on there website and paid acording price also afterward i call them to confirm everything ok they ask more money to go ahead last minute

Do not book with Traveasy. They use illegal "bait-and-switch" pricing tactics and fake fares to lure you in from Google Flights. (Reported to the ACA)

I found a flight advertised for £773. I clicked through to their website, booked it, and they put a pending charge of £773 on my credit card. Shortly after, I received an email from their team claiming the fare was suddenly "no longer available" due to a live airline update. They refused to issue my ticket unless I paid them an additional £150 (bringing the total to £923).

Here is the catch, if you book directly with the airline it would cost £861. If I had panicked and paid Traveasy their ransom, I would have paid £62 more than the direct airline price!

To make matters worse, after they emailed me to say the £773 fare didn't exist anymore, I checked Google Flights and their own website again. The price is STILL THERE!!!

I'm not the only one who's had this from them as you can see here, it's predatory tactics and they need to be shut down.

Just made a reservation….first impressions are good. Received confirmation and e tickets within 15 minutes. Wheelchair request added without any issues. Thanks to Prince Singh (I think)🤔

Avoid booking from their Website. They held up your refund money

Very disappointing experience.
After paying, I received a receipt confirming the amount charged, but nothing showing what I'd actually booked—no itinerary, no booking details, and no ticket confirmation. At the moment, all I have is proof that I've paid this company, with no confirmation of the flights I've purchased.
When I contacted customer service, the experience was equally frustrating. I was repeatedly told to "listen, ma'am" and that I "didn't understand," rather than having my concerns addressed. It felt dismissive and unhelpful.
I'm now left waiting to find out whether my booking has actually been processed, whether there will be an issue with availability, or whether I'll be asked to pay more. This uncertainty is unacceptable after payment has already been taken.
Looking back, I wish I'd booked directly with the airline and paid the extra £20. It would have been worth it for the peace of mind.

I couldn't be helped to reschedule my return flight even though the reason to reschedule was a national restriction (because of ebola outbreak in our country), they promised to get back to me in 72 hours and only came back with no solution and stopped responding to me, i lost alot, next time deal directly with the airline, I learnt my lesson the hard way, oh and after booking with them I received a message and payment link to send more money Even though I had paid the amount listed already, beware of this

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using traveasy. I found them through google flights as the cheapest proce for a price from london to new york. I booked the return flight and a few hours later they called me up to say that the price had gone up and I would need to pay a further £150 to recieve the tickets. Despite claiming they did not have the tickets themeselves, meaning they had not spent my money, they would not even offer a full refund. I tried multiple times to call them up and request further help and a refund but three times I was told to await a callback but recieved none.

I landed there from the Google flight search page. They offered the lowest price for the return flight from London to New Delhi for two adults. I did not face any problems with the booking. There was a slight time change from the carrier company. They informed me promptly and also answered my queries without much delay.

Scam, the last poster said enough. You book the ticket, then they phone you up saying the price has changed. If you dont accept the price hike, they then charge you a cancellation fee. In our case it was £50 and this was apparently 'a good will gesture'
