Travel Associates New Zealand Reviews

Tanya and her team are great. Their service makes it truly feel like our Personal Travel Agent, quick to respond, reliable, thinking about the customer, and caring that the travel plans go smoothly, as it can be a stressful task sometimes!! Fabulous work!

All aspects of our 6 week Europe/UK holiday fit neatly and worked as planned.
Thank you

Megan is amazing - nothing is too much trouble. She is 'solution orientated'' listens to requests or queries and always comes back with a response that fills the bill. I have never worked with a Travel Agent who is so knowledgable, responsive and helpful - always done with a happy smile too!

Tanya orchestrated a Bali vacation that surpassed our wildest dreams. Her meticulous planning and knowledge of the island ensured every detail was perfect. The accommodation options Tanya suggested were outstanding. We stayed in a beautiful resort that offered breathtaking views over the beach during breakfast and enjoyed luxurious amenities. Additionally, Tanya arranged for seamless transportation and ensured that we had all the necessary information for a stress-free journey. Tanya's communication throughout the planning process was excellent. She was always prompt in responding to our queries and provided us with all the information we needed. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made working with her an absolute pleasure. We are already planning our next adventure with her!

Michael is a professional, focused, friendly adviser. Consistently there for you, I hope he never goes away. Can’t say enough positives about him.Rod Hollinger.

Booking with Tanya as usual was so easy as she made us feel so welcome and friendly and patiently listened to our requests. Tanya checked before we left, during our trip and a welcome home email.

We would recommend Tanya to anyone wanting to book a stress free holiday. A thoroughly professional agent.

Jane was there at every step. Amazing well organized trip. Any problems she was an email away and it was sorted. The airfare was the cheapest. I could not have got the price doing it myself so this why I use her.

Impeccable customer care
