We gave you a quick call to chat through what happened and it looks like the sneaky culprit here is the time gap between quoting and booking. Travel prices (especially for flights and shuttles) love to play musical chairs — wait too long and suddenly they’ve doubled, done a backflip, and vanished altogether. 🎶💸
We know that’s not ideal, and we’re working on ways to make it easier to lock in those sweet early-bird rates before they fly away. Think clearer timelines, and better availability alerts, all in the name of saving you stress and rands.
