We’re truly sorry the accommodation wasn’t your cup of rooibos. While Hanrie did her absolute best to sprinkle some magic over an otherwise "meh" situation, we totally get that sometimes, no amount of fluffing pillows can fix a poor fit.
We’ve taken this feedback to heart and are reviewing how we can double-check property preferences with extra zest and zero room (pun intended) for missteps next time. You shouldn’t have to “tough it out” when you’re meant to be unwinding and we’ll do all we can to keep that from ever happening again.
