Honestly lam really hurt 😞 with what they did to me .I had booked wrong dates and l applied to change my dates instead they will coerce you to pay even more l ended paying more than l could pay .I really regret do not use this company they will say you have to pay all money to get a refund.

I am writing this with gratitude heart my experience with Travelelink LTD was very exceptional. Jenny Winget she is very professional and very knowledgeable in her business, she helped me buying another flight ticket after I had a long and frustrating day at Heathrow AirPort, she managed to get me another flight ticket and went extra mile of assisting us with other travel arrangements and information. I had great experience with Jenny and I would definitely recommend Travelelink to anyone. I will definitely purchase future tickets with Jenny.

Agents Tom and Qasim Awan made a booking reservation for me on KLM with a promise of 3 check-in baggage per person.
The Ticket was issued with 2 check-in bags going and 1 check-in bag return per person.
The Airline advised me to ask Travelelink to correct the booking, but the Agent is asking me to pay an additional fee.
I've paid an additional £2,700 from the initial ticket values already.
They will not return calls or emails after payment.
The Company is full of SCAM Agents

Donot use traveelink for pay later services. They are scammers. They are very nice when you contact them for pay later ticketing. Once you pay a deposit after agreeing on a fare, they contact you after couple of months and inform you that the airline has cancelled the flight. Knowing how desperate you are to travel, they will offer you an alternative flight which comes with a higher cost. They inform you to pay the extra cost or you can request for a refund but you will be charged £75. They donot inform you of all these when you contact them for pay later deals and they start playing the terms and conditions card with you and leave you in a fix. I will advise that if you have the means to pay all, you may use them, but if you want to pay by instalment, donot use them, you will regret.
