Travelelink Ltd.

Another big thank you to Ron Malik and the Travelelink team for helping me book a unique ticket one way which is not normally on their selection.

Ron, you really gave me excellent service, muchly appreciated. Thank you. I have your number for future and will definitely contact you for the best price.

Was a good experience buying a ticket from the travel link, they served me with respect and discussed well with me on how to purchase the ticket

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah Patrick, who was very helpful. She helped me in securing the cheapest tickets that was available considering the short time I had.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they could have been more transparent in terms of the window opportunity to upgrade a ticket but apart from that they did try their best.

Please I beg. Don't use this agency. They are scammers. I regret using them and I will never ever do it again. They tell you lies to book a ticket with a cheap price and once you pay They begin to change the amount co you add more , giving a false excuse that the airline has been delayed but when we checked with Expedia and Opodo the airline wasn't changed. I had a rough journey because of thier fault. I NEVER NEVER DO THAT MISTAKE AGAIN OF BOOKING WITH THEM.

On coming back they booked an airline which stops at Heathrow yet I needed Birmingham one. This trave agent is a scam. Not professional. The lady who I was communicating with disappeared on the chats want I paid and was having problems yet she was the one who was probing me to pay. Guys I'm sooo disappointed with this travel agency. Travelink. Zero star .

She was very helpful and patient. Ensured that our booking was done in time.

My first experience using Travelelink was great thanks to Jack Hall 02036673117 who ensured that the process went smoothly.
Jack showed excellent customer service skills throughout the process. He was polite, swift communication in searching for the best suitable flight tickets which was affordable to us. Our tickets were issued within hours of payment with no additional charges.
I would definitely be recommending the service of Jack Hall to family and friends.

Horrible company. Looks cheap at the beginning but later start to ask extra money for fees. The flights are not refundable or changeable. For a flight from Edinburgh to harare they ask for 1200 pounds for 2 tickets and I paid 1800. And I had to cancel 1 and they send me back only 195 and in a voucher. Do not trust them. Barry looks nice online but is an scammer like all the other ones.

Jack Hall had been so reliable and committed to his work most especially dealing with boarding incidences. I booked a ticket for my son through him and after 4weeks of initial travel to Africa, I called him on 02036673117 to confirm reasons why my son was pulled aside and told that Qatar flight he had booked months ago had no seat for him and he was made to wait which nearly made him miss his flight. Jack hall assured me there was no issue and he advised me to tell my son not to leave the counter at the checkin without the boarding pass. This advice from Jack Hall helped my son challenge the individuals that worked for Qatar at Entebbe airport knowing his rights and his entitlement as he had not travelled alone before. He was being bullied and tried to take advantage of him being 17. But when he stood his ground with Jack Hall’s advice, he was then told they had found for him a seat after he refused the offer of rebooking and travelling the next day. I would recommend his business to anyone wanting to travel.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun Taylor, we were impressed by his tenacity to find us the flight times that worked for our family and also at a good price. He was available to answer any queries we had, nothing was ever too much! Not only was he professional he was also friendly which has made this a great experience, and we would definitely use Travelelink again.

Edwin and Jeff done a great job finding my flights for a complicated trip to the Amazon, from start to finish the process was smooth and the price was brilliant.
Thanks again guy's, I will definitely use you again and refer my friends to you.

Travelelink is great.Great service from jasmine. She was friendly and helpful in any questions I asked her. She made my travel easy and smooth. The best travel experience I have had this year. Thank you again Travelelink.

I communicated with agent Jenny Winget phone number 02036171609, she was very friendly and flexible and reasonable prices offer instalment payments and found exactly the right ticket for me after searching and providing many options!
Perfect and lovely customer service would recommend !

Good afternoon, I don't know much about Travelelink but I know about Tara Young she has been assisting me as a professional indeed, understanding and polite, I think I will be getting my tickets in future because of her. Her tel+442038381916.

Tara Young the agent who humbly helped me book a flight to Manila,Philippines she was restless and true to her job.Cant ask for more.

Good service with Tara she has been supportive all the way . Be patient as some of the procedures Tara will come back and update you . Will use again as prices were good

Ron Malik 02038381882, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience using travel link was smooth, Ron made sure I was informed on each and every step of the process and the progress of my bookings. Great care was taken to ensure that I got the dates I requested for, at a reasonable time to travel and at the best price for me.
Would definately use travel link again based on this experience

I have received great support from Edwin Samson he has gone above and beyond to support and book my flights for my holidays and I’m still in communication for my on going trips to other destinations I’m so happy with the service he provides

EVERYTHING. Very DISHONEST and DECEITFUL business operation and staff and management - NO PEOPLE SKILLS and/or POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
