Travelelink Ltd.

I have been scammed. I bought a ticket with Travelelink. The ticket was issued in August. I was meant to travel on the 19th December 2025. The airline sent me an email that my flight has been rescheduled to a night flight at the connection hours arriving after my connection flight. I sent a query to to this agent and hours of impractical solutions including rescheduling my flight to 26 December or buying another ticket through them on a different airline and paying through my nose upfront. I have requested for a refund they’re telling me stories that I might not receive my full refund and the refund will only be processed after six weeks to 8 weeks. Use these guys at your own prayer. I’m annoyed with myself for trusting them, I am very disappointed and very hurt. And all positive must be paid for.

Anyone who has put more than a star is one of this companies scammers. Thieves and con men. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL END UP SORRY

The staff was quite helpful proactive friendly and on point.

I’d like to thank Henry Bell (02036171520) for the service today. There were some aspects I didn’t understand, but he explained them to me and helped me out with the purchase.

I received excellent customer service from agent Jimmy Naik (02036171607). He went above and beyond to help find affordable tickets for my son and me. Jimmy ensured the tickets were issued before finishing his shift, demonstrating both dedication and care. He was extremely polite, patient, and attentive throughout the process. I truly appreciate his outstanding support and can’t thank him enough.

Excellence in service.
They were impeccable from booking the ticket to check in.
It is a recommended agency, Mr. Eric is a professional par excellence.
Thank you for everything.

Scam.
The good reviews are fake.
You will be offered flights cheaper than elsewhere, then asked for deposit.
DO NOT USE

After doing quite well finding me a price which was a little higher to normal but give them a go as to there polight nes but then loose them selves down big style by saying o sorry the price was wrong it's gone up by another £300.5 pounds how can a company not know the true price while dealing with you and then think doing you a big favor to reduce it by £30 pound so no not a happy transaction

It was an awesome experience with Jimmy Naik .Very patient and attentive to details .Got the right service for my needs
Thanks Jimmy

Thank you very much

Fraudulent website. They take your deposit, then say your flight has been confirmed, take your payment and then come back and say it's increased by 50% In our case by £600. They then give you very convenient costs to cancel or continue. When you refuse to pay, they start reducing the price. Even the other reviews on here are clearly fake.

I am satisfied with the service I received from travel link agent.
