Easy to complete paperwork and not too expensive. I was dreading filling in millions of pages to declare myself and child's medical conditions. It was relatively simple and straightforward.
One of my other concerns was what the cost of insurance would be and I put it off until the month before we are due to fly so I could afford it! If I had known now what I know I would have bought it months ago!

Very quick to complete forms online, great value for money. I made a small error with spelling a name from typing fast and noticed once I had submitted my form, called them up and they changed it to the correct spelling immediately and without any fuss.
