Backpacker insurance
Had to call regarding a quote o had been sent as was unable to complete online. I was a little annoyed with that but once I got through to a lady called Beth she helped me with the quote. When we got talking she told me that she may be able to do another type of insurance and save me money. The quote for the same insurance cover cost me half the price as what I had first been quoted. Very happy customer

I gave 5 stars because they were cheap…
I gave 5 stars because they were cheap and they offered to insure me when others wouldn’t because of cancer treatment.
As for the service? Who knows as I haven’t had to claim.
But that’s the same with all insurance.

Terrible company that do not sell…
Terrible company that do not sell policies which they state they cover
our passports were stolen just an hour before we were due to travel , there policy schedules quite clearly states they cover passport and holiday costs lost because of this
However once trying to claim all they could do us give us seven pounds nothing else
They are absolute liars and do not support whst they say they eill covet
Please make sure you never use them
