Clear communication with no delays
Clear communication with no delays. A bit frustrating to get a different price every time, and different prices through different channels - but ultimately got a quote I was happy with. Of course, the real test of good insurance is how they deal with a claim, which one can't know at the time of purchase - and I hope not to have to test that.

I telephoned to get a quotation for our forthcoming cruise as we had our policy with them last year. The sales assistant was very patient and helpful and all made very easy. So I took out the policy there and then.

For health reasons I had to cancel my cruise insurance,
When I contacted I was answered by Rachel who could not have done any more to help me,she and other members of staff helped to sort my problem.

My wife and I both in our eighties developed pneumonia soon after arriving in Spain, the hospital dealt directly with a very helpful agent from Axa Travel insurance saver and made our claim very easy for us.
We had extra claims after arriving home 3 weeks later from a 1 week holiday again we had excelent service from a very helpful team at Travel insurance saver.
