This is a scam. I was taken to their website, made flight reservations, and then got an email saying they needed to update information, that the flight would cost more, and then they needed more information. It's a scam. Don't use them.

STAY AWAY
This company is a big joke! They will advertise one price and once you call, they will tell you that those specific seats that you booked are not available, but they will try to screw you instead by selling you seats way overpriced.
And when you try to cancel it, for seats that don't exist, they will try to charge you cancel policy.
Please stay away and book through the airlines.

Never heard back! No actual relief.
THIS company uses a well executed plan to perpetrate the classic BAIT AND SWITCH.First they offer a reasonable price on a flight.you choose the flight and inorder to book and enter credit card you must agree to and read terms and conditions. as a condition they state prices on flights may go up..however they do not tell u that increase can happen after you recieve your itinerary confirmation and made payment. then a vague phone call where they do not fully identify them selves asking for an urgent call back. then an email asking you to call just to confirm you are calling back from phone number listed with your credit card. then the switch begins, all kinds of excuses none of which is their fault. airline put u on stand by, quoted rate was a promotional rate, a one hour rate and many more. of cource you cant cancel because you agreed to a non refundable rate ,even though they did not issue a ticket' this goes on and on. on the phone for 120 minuites. ended up paying 198.00 more and went to bed and stii did not have e ticket. their whole business plan is bait you with a low rate .convince you u are hooked then HIT u for more money.contacting my state attorney general and BBB.
