Having not traveled internationally since before covid or before kids, my wife reached out to Ky, our local TravelManagers agent, for some help in booking a fairly short notice trip to Fiji for our family. She planned absolutely everything for us, was super fast with communication and tailoring things to our preference. We had an amazing time! Thanks in no small part to the great recommendations she made. She even replied to our message at 5am Aus time with advice when we ran into an unexpected issue (just bad luck, nobody at fault). Nicole Edgar arranged my entire trip and everything went according to plan. She answered all my queries and put my mind at ease regarding some parts of the journey I was concerned about. Nicole suggested how long to stay in each place and organised tours for every destination, so I was able to see and get the most out of the time I spent in each place.

Eva Green planned my trip to Phuket 2nd-11th of September 2024. I have only travelled to Thailand on one occasion many years ago but not to that region.

From researching as to what I was wanting out of the holiday, to many recommendations of places to see, excursions, food markets and dining suggestions, I had plenty of options to explore. Eva had previously stayed at the Katathani Hotel, so her knowledge of the resort and area was thorough. It was an excellent recommendation and would not hesitate to revisit.

My main reason for travel was to relax, have time to myself and pick out a few key excursions. So from visiting the Elephant Sanctuary, travelling via speedboat to the Phi Phi Islands to visiting the night food markets, I had the combination of down time and exploring what suited me on the island. Eva's attention the details, help, guidance, enthusiasm and excitement in helping me realise want I needed and wanted was exactly what I needed from a Travel Agent. It was easy. And it made me excited!
Until I arrived in Phuket, temporarily misplaced passport, missed my transfer, so was a little panicked. I called Eva in Adelaide and she helped me with who to contact and calmed the situation, which had a positive ending. I have already recommended Eva to friends and family and would not hesitate to engage in Eva's help and guidance in future holidays. Thank you!

Everything went well from our Travel Agent, Christie Gowan, Backroads tours and the people we met and the places we went. It was a great trip seeing some great sights without having to do much except show up at the bus and enjoy the trip, everyone else's hard work made for an easy and enjoyable holiday.

Our trip to Iceland was amazing ; Ange organised it very well for us allowing us to enjoy our holiday without any hassle!

From the time we decided to book our world cruise Karryn made the whole experience hassle free.

Over the past 2 years Lauren Compton has organised trips for us to Scotland, Iceland and Qatar, Japan, Vietnam and very recently a driving trip from Adelaide to Perth and then time on the Ningaloo reef. Finding and booking accomodation across the Nullarbor was no problem for Lauren. All of our travel arrangements have worked seamlessly thanks to her attention to detail.

I judge my experience of TravelManagers on a personal level.

To have a travel agent who is able to meet all my off-the-beaten track, independent travel needs is amazing. No challenge is too much for TravelManager, Lauren Compton.

Lauren listens, researches and establishes contacts to bring together a customised, perfect itinerary. Her knowledge and experience has ensured my extensive journeys run smoothly. When travelling through South America, Lauren negotiated a change of accommodation when riots forced my hotel into lockdown; she rescued my luggage and reorganised flights. She located my reading glasses and had them delivered hundreds of miles along rugged roads to the Pantanal in remote Brazil.

As I write this, Lauren is in the throes of last minute changes (an alternate travel plan) as a portion of my Canada trip is in the clutches of wildfires.

Lauren always considers my interests and my travel style. As long as she is involved, I know my travels will exceed my expectations. I cannot praise her enough which extends to TravelManagers in general.

Caroline Cox has been our 'go to' for over 20 years now and we are in awe of her expertise, attention to detail and thorough planning and thinking of things ahead of time. For example- on our latest trip to the Kimberely on Heritage Explorer, Caroline registered us for the Mitchell Falls helicopter flight in case we were interested.
We had not actually thought about it but when we got there and had a place on that trip we were so pleased as many people missed out because they had not been registered. It is those little things that make a big difference. We continually get the expert information and follow up on every detail that needs to be attended to. It takes much stress and worry from planning a trip and we can't wait to book our next trip with Caroline.

We have booked a number of trips through Lauren Compton at TravelManagers, most recently to the south island of New Zealand. She prepared a fantastic itinerary and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Lauren is always easy to contact and has a wealth of knowledge on the places we have been to.

We are very happy with Caroline. She was great with all of the organising of our trip as I like someone with knowledge to do the organising. If she didn’t not know the answer to my questions she would tell me that and find out within a few days and pass it onto me. We will be contacting Caroline the next time we travel.

We have just completed our second travel experience organised by Phil Kimberlee from Travel Managers. Once again Phil looked at options, excellent customer service with choices keeping in mind our budget and needs. Nothing is a bother to him. Phil is very familiar with airlines hence he was able to give us options.
What a trip! We went to Morocco and did a safari with Bench. Perfect from start to go. Had an airline issue that Phil addressed immediately putting me at ease.
Phils knowledge of the travel industry is outstanding he goes above and beyond. He is on call at all times putting me at ease.
