The time & effort Valerie Burton put into helping find our facility holiday was amazing. We had some quite specific requirements for our party of 15. 10 adults & 5 children. There was lots of backwards and forwards until valerie found our holiday. She went above & beyond communicating with us every step of the way. Well done Valerie.

Valerie was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she even gave me time to gather further information from my family and suggested I call her back when ready, no pressure.
I rang Valerie back and she went way past her working hours without making me feel pressured to hurry. Valerie has excellent communication skills, she was extremely efficient in organising wheelchair assistance for myself, which I couldn’t do on the computer. It was a huge relief to have this booking facility rather than a computer, as I had so many questions. I will definitely book again and hope I have Valerie’s support again. Nothing was too much bother, such a friendly person and I thank her.

Two hours on the phone getting passed between Travel Solutions Network and easyJet, shame you can't talk to eachother. The whole set up is a joke, website is a rabbit hole. Would it not be easy just to have all your flights, transfers, hotel details all in the same place? Can't get hold of travel solutions network on Sunday, phone asks to phone easyJet, they can't help. Shambles, it's 2026! Get a system in place, thought when on the phone booking (as easyJet system failed when trying to book), I wanted to make sure I wasn't paying twice that it was a wrong move. So much stress and we fly tomorrow without all the information 🤞🏻. Never again.

So pleased I called today, spoke to an amazing lady named Valerie who was so helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease after becoming overwhelmed trying to book a last minute first trip abroad for the family. She explained the booking process to me and talked me through everything. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

I decided to ring up easy yet and was passed through to TSN and spoke with Adam Hallsworth who couldnt of been more accomidating to my needs. I had a location in mind but my budget and dates didnt allow but he found me a great deal on a hotel that my kids have now said looks better for a better price so absolute win win ! Always better to speak to a human and got the best deal. I would recommend Adam to anybody, great down to earth guy 👍👍

Spoke with a lovey lady called valerie burton tbh she was perfect i asked her to price match a holiday for me that i seen on easy jet and saw cheaper some where else not only did she price match but got it cheaper with an upgrade so i thank her very much now when ever i want a holiday or find something i will go direct with her personally

I had trouble booking a holiday on a website. i rang the number that was there for any problems and got through to Travel Solutions. I was dealt with by a Lady called Sarah and i must say that she was very helpful and considerate. She tried to sort out my problem but was having difficulty with the website herself. She asked me to leave it with her and she would try later and ring me back. She did try but with no luck so she said she would try the following day. In the end everything was sorted.
