Extremely helpful staff, happy to help me in my quest for matching slate tiles and assisted me in every way possible. Cannot praise this team highly enough, will definitely return in future.

The website was so easy to use, you could purchase in metres or the amount of tiles you wanted and because i was matching up to previous travertine it was perfect.
The prices were really reasonable the quality of the tiles were great , fast delivery with a lovely delivery man as all was perfect thank you

Easy to use website with helpful tools and advice for ordering the correct quantities of tile and adhesive , delivery was prompt and tiles were generally in perfect condition with a just couple of smashed edge chips which were easily dealt with

The stone is lovely. 25 sqm delivered without a single broken tile. Fully recommended.

Great tiles with fast efficient delivery and good communication from driver

I did a lot of searching to establish a max for my existing porcelain travertine tiles,
I sent for some samples which arrived the next day.
The subtle differences in colour and look is amazing so I was delighted to find such a close match. It is pure travertine but is knly fir an infill by the newly installed patio doors
Ordering and arranging for collection was simple and a 45 mile drive from Norfolk
The warehouse staff were very helpful and would recommend

I got what i needed they sent a sample first and then i placed the order which arrived promptly and in good condition.

I have been searching for tiles to match existing tiles after a repair - Travertine sales staff have been so helpful its made the whole process a delight - which for a non-tech dinosaur is a great relief. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and advice. Its 5 stars from Stuart!

This is the second time I have used Travertine Store. Each time they have been very helpful and prompt with delivery.
You cannot beat them on price. However I did feel this time quite a bit of filler was used in the tiles compared to my previous order.

I have just bought about 15m2 of the 600x400 tiles
Received rapidly
All un-damaged and all great tiles
Excellent communication
And the team have been really helpful when I asked to change my online order and ask for a few more tiles
