Comment qualifier une commande payée qui n’est toujours pas arrivée mais dont l’argent a été encaissé…. Je ne laisse pas beaucoup de place à l’imagination je sais ! TRÈS DÉÇUE!

AVOID ALL COSTS ... same got a thank you card delivered no candle and creams etc was $200 !!!!!

Avoid at all costs - they are a scam operation, working out of China. I ordered 2 candles, and instead I received 2 thank you cards. Their excuse was “there was a mix up at the factory” - they use this, so it looks like the parcel is in transit. Plus it allows them more time to rip people off on the internet. Once you know what’s going on, they have closed shop, and taken your money.

Complete scam. I paid for a dyptique candle and received a piece of card.

same story as the above ; shop does not exist , they send you a 'best wishes' card

Anche se il sito è fatto molto bene e all’apparenza sembra affidabile, alla fine non consegnano nulla.
Purtroppo si è rivelata una vera e propria truffa. Fate attenzione

Sono stato truffato da questo sito che proponeva brand famosi con prezzi interessanti per cessata attività. Ma si è rivelata una gran Truffa. Non acquistate niente.

Same as previous review. This is a scam do not use. Chinese company which sends a card so order can be tracked but goods do not arrive. Shopify not interested that they are using fraudulent companies on their site

I recently parted with money for twoDiptyue candles from this site, it is a total scam
Chinese address on the envelope I received, which contained a Thankyou card, cheeky sods !!!
The SHOP site should not be recommending this seller , tried to contact them through their AI chat box, who just wanted to redirect me to another candle seller!
Not good enough SHOP
