Ordered 7 trees and pots. Delighted with them. Really family business feel to this company. Got a response to my enquiry really quickly and a phone call to check we were happy with everything. Great service and lovely trees.

I ordered two Buxus spiral trees from Tree-Mendous for my front door, and I couldn't be happier! The trees arrived quickly, were very well packaged, and looked exactly as picture, beautifully shaped, and a real statement piece. Excellent quality and service all round. Highly recommend!

Beautiful olive trees for my lounge

I can’t understand the terrible reviews I am reading about this company! I love the tree I ordered and received in very good time! I get compliments all the time about my beautiful olive tree and vase it came with!

I bought a ficus tree with a beautiful very large planter. The delivery was very convenient. The tree was for a basement and looks very good there, very natural.

This could be a scam website. The owner continued to make contradictory assertions and promises about the delivery. This site is not to be trusted. I had to get my card issuer to refund the money. Avoid at all costs.

Was just about to pay a pro-forma invoice to this company when I thought I would take a closer look at their 'TrustPilot' reviews on their website. To be fair they don't quote TrustPilot, but their reviews are made to look like TrustPilot reviews with the same green stars. My contact blamed their web developer. This dishonest conduct in business has lead me not engage with them any further. Not one positive review on this website. Beware!!

Also, how does 3 one star reviews average 2.8?

**Update - went ahead and ordered and all ok. Received my tree as ordered.
** Further update - no pot arrived and can't get a reply from the company. Shambles.

Scam site, don’t order from them. Get a generic email saying you’ll get your order between 5-15 days and hear nothing back after that. Hear nothing if you email them, not other form of contact, can’t get a refund.

I would actually rate this as zero if I could! I can only give my experience, I placed an order 5 weeks ago and had been told 8-15 days for delivery. No updates and if you try to contact them through e mail you get a generic response such as your goods are on the way you will get an ups tracking number this week! This actually never arrives and if you try to phone it is just one belligerent girl on the phone who says it’s nothing to do with her and she is just reception! But can’t put you through to anyone! I can only conclude this is a scam as I have requested a refund which has not been forthcoming. So please do not use this company!
