The program is easy to use! The help desk was always prompt in answering my questions and resolving any issues. The yearbook was delivered so quickly! It is such a great book of memories for our students!!

Treering is a wonderful program that is super-user friendly. Anytime I have something I can't figure out, I call customer service and always get a quick and helpful response. In general Treering is super helpful. However, when I spoke with one of your customer service people they made me resubmit our nonprofit paperwork. When I spoke to another one they said I only needed to send it one time, EVER. Please get your training consistent so customers get the same message.

Books are easy to maneuver and create how you like it.

The yearbook I ordered was packaged in a sturdy way that caused no damage to the book during shipping so I am very satisfied.

I really like Treering. It's pretty easy to put together a yearbook and I really like how they come out! The only negative is the end process. I don't enjoy having to purchase one book first, then click on everything else prior to printing. Otherwise, I truly enjoy using the site!!

The whole experience was amazing. The project was a collective of photos by student and each page was dedicated to a parent to construct. it was amazing how this enabled all parents to jump right in, make it their own and once its done we were able to send off and get it in time for graduation!! thank you treering for making it so simple.

We have designed and purchased our school's yearbook through Treering for the last several years and have been very happy with each of them. The designing is user friendly, and the books come out looking so professional.

It took me some time to understand how to navigate this website but customer service was prompt in their response and very helpful.

Friendly Customer Service, but issues when making the book. The books arrived quickly. The books look great, and they were packaged well. We had some issues with the book getting scrambled with last year's book just weeks before our deadline. We were unable to edit for a full week, and it seemed that our case was closed before our problem corrected. The issue was resolved. It just caused some major anxiety. Our staff editors and moms also noted some issues with glitches, but overall, we are very happy with our finished product and how quickly we received the orders.
