Very very happy with this rug.
I bought the Wool rug - Novo (beige) for £305.
I then had a look at the trust pilot reviews of this company and deeply regretted the purchase because the reviews were so bad. However, it arrived yesterday and I am delighted with the quality. It is exactly as the photo. I wonder, as someone else also mentioned in the reviews, if it’s because I’ve bought a wool rug rather than a synthetic one. Anyway, I have deducted 1 star only because the delivery information was not great, and it arrived exactly 1 week after they said it would. Other than that it has been a great service and excellent value for money.

Incredibly poor quality, requested full refund.
- 2 weeks for delivery
- Rug arrived fold in half! crushed, and as such, huge permanent creases through the rug.
- Rug is not woven (as it claims on website) it is cheaply printed on a white backing and base white shows through
- Rug is said to be 10mm thick, its not its about 2-3mm thick, very thin, very plastically and feels incredibly cheap

Full refund requested, bought through paypal so will request full refund through Paypal if not forthcoming soon

Omg .... by far the most awful experience I have had with a company, and its still on going. I ordered a rug for my Mom on yve 12th of December. It arrived into the uk from Sweden by 18th of December to a distribution centre near Wales. The rug has not moved from that centre to this day currently 19th January. Getting in touch with customer care and waiting days between responses is like pulling teeth. They asked me days ago if I wanted another rug sending out 🙄 or a refund. Obviously I said a refund as I have had a rug from another company delivered in 2 days. I still have had no reply to the question I answered and no refund..... never again !!!! Update now been 2 weeks since they asked if I wanted the refund ..jot a single reply and no refund . I will be seeking legal advice if it doesn't get refunded within the next couple of days .

They never get back to you and my rug still hasn’t arrive all the reviews on here are correct please avoid this company

Shocking service takes 4 days for them to reply still not recived rug been orded 18 days will not recommend this company tracking terrible.

I ordered a rug, but then had to cancel the order the following morning. I heard back from them within a couple of days to confirm they had received my request and processed the cancellation, and would receive the refund in 2-3 days. I received the refund today, two days later.

Really pleased with my purchase. The colour and size are perfect for my living room.

Wrong rug was sent. Took ages to get our refund and had to chase. When asked if we could be sent the correct rug they said they could not guarantee it! Waste of time. Poor customer service.

The rug I ordered was more like a wall hanging - extremely thin & the colours did not reflect the one advertised.
The company responded to my complaint & refunded me, not wanting the product returned -
Which went to the bin.

The rug we ordered was completely the wrong size. We retuned the item and as yet they have still not issued a refund or responded to our emails nearly 2 weeks later so we are forced to claim back theough our credit card company.

Satisfying Customer Services.

Service and delivery as expected but product was awful, not as expected and as we were decorating, by the time we opened it it was too late to return unfortunately. Product looked worn if the pile went the wrong way.

2023 I bought a “white” shaggy rug. It came and it was clearly a yellowy cream. This can sometimes happen I suppose. I sent them photos showing the difference between my white floor tiles and the yellow rug. I sent it back but actually lost money on it due to currency exchange rate being different.

Fast forward to now, I ordered a silver & light grey rug which looked beautiful on the pics. Shiny marble pattern with silver edging. Thought I’d chance is again as it’s hard to get it wrong with light grey & silver…

Well, it was delivered today and it’s absolutely awful. The rug is bright purple, pink and green with off cream edging. All the labels attached show it’s the same rug I ordered & silver/light grey but the colour isn’t true to the pic! It’s not even like they’ve accidental picked another rug as there isn’t a purple pink and green one available and the labels clearly state it!

Seems like they have severe quality control issues where they sell you a colour and you receive something different.

They are either completely colour blind or just don’t check their products match the description. Will never buy again from here as they don’t sell what they advertise. Waste of time, money & such a disappointment.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK. Their website states the rug will be delivered in 1-2 days. Ordered on Sunday and now it’s Wednesday and I’ve had no emails from them or delivery updates. I immediately requested a refund once I did more research on the company and found this isn’t an isolated instance. I’m hoping to receive my refund before they dispatch my item. I purchased this as a gift for my brother and unfortunately won’t be receiving it on time so it’s of no use to me. Currently researching how to report this company as they have had ample time to update their website and stop misleading customers but have chosen not to, despite this being flagged by multiple customers. But I’m ready and willing to take this as far as I need to in order for others to avoid having their time wasted!

Easy to order, great choice and reasonable price. Took a while to get here but worth it and I was kept informed throughout. The rug is beautiful and just right for the room.

The rug is cheap and nasty. It is very thin and not worth the money. Delivery was much longer than expected. Do not buy from this company
