Auswahl des Teppichmuster und Druck ist auf Trendcarpet.de sehr verlockend und stylisch, aber wenn die Artikel ankommen sollte man besser damit zufrieden sein, denn Reklamation und Retoure- Verfahren ist unterirdisch schlecht!
Da wird über Wochen per Email kommuniziert und immer wieder die gleichen Fragen gestellt, bis der Kunde aufgibt. Fehlerhafte Artikel werden mit Fehlbehandlung seitens des Kunden abgetan, obwohl die Teppiche bereits fehlerhaft geliefert wurden.
Wir haben 3 Teppiche im Wert von fast 400€ gekauft, davon war einer Akzeptabel und die anderen so dünn, vergleichbar mit einem verstärkten Handtuch. Fazit: für kleine Anschaffungen ok, aber größere Geldbeträge, Nein! Denn wenn das Produkt nicht passt ist ein Umtausch fast unmöglich!

The website states fast delivery but it is misleading. Whilst it may be dispatched within a few days, it takes absolutely forever to arrive- expect for a month for delivery. The website does not tell you this.

Ordered a rug. Looked lovely on line
After weeks of waiting it arrived. Absolutely dreadful was so badly made I was shocked. Colour missing whipping around the edges may as well have not had any. I struggle to put into polite words how nad it was. Have asked for a refund and for them to arrange a collection

I ordered a rug which took weeks to arrive, I contacted customer service who were very helpful. However once the rug arrived it was not as described must of been 4mm thin, really disappointed arranged a return that was easy through fed ex. However weeks later still no refund, contacted customer service again refund arrived the following day. I did read previous reviews but honestly really disappointed it also cost me £9.99 to return the not as described rug, I would avoid if possible.

Nach gerade einmal 7 Monaten normaler Nutzung lösen sich an meinem Wollteppich zunehmend Fäden und Fasern. Die Fotos habe ich dem Kundenservice zur Prüfung geschickt.

Die Antwort: Das sei eine natürliche Eigenschaft des Materials, ich solle die herausstehenden Fäden einfach mit einer Schere abschneiden.

Bei einem sieben Monate alten Teppich, der sich zunehmend auflöst, empfinde ich diese Antwort als völlig unbefriedigend. Statt die Reklamation ernsthaft zu prüfen, wird das Problem einfach als „normal“ abgetan.

Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice und für mich definitiv keine Qualität, die ich bei einem solchen Produkt erwarten würde. Daher rate ich jedem vom Kauf ab und empfehle einen alternativen Anbieter

Update: Der Anbieter reagiert nicht mehr auf Nachrichten - selbst der CEO reagiert nicht, weshalb es wohl auf ein Gerichtsverfahren hinauslaufen wird. Dass man hier schreibt, ich solle dem Kundenservice erneut kontaktieren ist absolute Häme und zeigt, dass das nach außen gezeigte Bild rein gar nichts mit der tatsächlichen Handlung des Unternehmens zu tun hat.

Bought a rug 2 months ago, which looked nice in the photo, in real life, brown background rather than beige, after a few weeks, the threads started to pull off, the rug was for my daughters room. The rug looks horrible now shedding threads, Contacted the customer service, was told to print the label for the return, I had no printer then so asked to send me a digital label or send a courier with label ready. Then was suggested to go to a library to print the label...mind we live rural with no access to library, I dont drive. At some point was told - We will not assist you with this query anymore. Out of nowhere!
I got a printer a couple of weeks later so I asked for a new label, then I was told, the same- we will not assist you with this anymore!!
Absolutely appalling!!!

Avoid this company like the plague, carpet arrived folded up and chucked over my back fence, packaging was terrible and the carpet was severely damaged because of this. Carpet has rips all over it and looks nothing like original photo from the website. They also deceive you with the delivery we waited 3 weeks for this terrible carpet to arrive. The customer service is nearly as bad as the carpet I receive, they are refusing to give us a refund

We waited over 5 weeks for delivery, I had to send emails and eventually asked for a refund . The email reply was not anything other than a sorry for the delay and not a response to my emails. The rug turned up and was left Inside the doorway of the flats, even though my wife and myself were in , nobody rang our doorbell.very dissatisfied and would not use this service again.

Excellent quality, and excellent customer service.

8 weeks and my order didnt arrive when it said it would be within 3-5 days. Every time i asked for a refund they wold just repeat it was on its way. I finally opened a dispute when they started ghostng me and got my money back through my bank. dont go near them

What an awful company, I ordered what was described as a luxury Wilton rug, which cost over £100, what I received was a thin rubber backed cheap velvet rug that when you brushed it one way it turned white, something like you would get from temu, had to open a PayPal case in the end, I still had to send it back, it was delivered back to them they didn’t refund me so PayPal closed the case in my favour and got my full refund, customer service was appalling, I let them no of my concerns with the quality which were ignored and they just kept saying send it back, DO NOT USE THEM, they describe the rugs as being luxury but what you get is far from it

The rug was of very poor quality it was very poorly manufactured and did not reach my expectations, it looked used and worn, your communication was very poor and the ability to return the product was poor, inevitably I had to call upon PayPal to resolve the refund issue.
I would never purchase from your company again.

The quality of the carpet is very poor

Delivery was fine, rugs are lucious, colour is lovely, but oh em gee the pilling! Twice a week I'm going through and getting rid of all the pilling - hopefully it calms down with time

Nun zunächst habe ich mal 12 Tage auf die Lieferung meines Teppichs warten dürfen, es wurden mehrfach Zustellungen angekündigt und leider nicht ! Eingehalten . Dann kam mein Teppich endlich, er war schlecht verpackt, total dreckig , hatte etliche Flecken mindestens 10 auf Vorder- und Rückseite teilweise sehr groß und heftig. Vermute dass es sich nicht um Neuware handelte, jedenfalls war der Zustand wirklich eine Katastrophe. Ich bestelle fast täglich im Netz aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Dann die Krönung, habe natürlich umgehend retourniert, dies ist nun mehr als 2 Wochen her und ich habe weder eine Nachricht des Unternehmens und am Wichtigsten ich habe mein Geld nicht !!! Zurück bekommen obwohl groß ein 14 tägiges Rückgaberecht beworben wird. Für mich und mein Empfinden ist dies Betrug !!. Ich warte noch wenige Tahe dann werde ich Anzeige erstatten müssen und meinen Anwalt bemühen. Also Vosicht bei Trendcarpet!!!!!! MfG Thomas Tünnesen aus MG Geld ist zumindest heute erstattet worden 3.06.26 . Hat allerdings ewig gedauert und Paypal hat intervenieren müssen.

I ordered the rug because it looked great in the picture and I felt reasonably safe because, the company is based in Sweden.
What a mistake.
When it arrived, it was more a throw than a rug and, the colours only show when the "rug" is brushed in one direction.
If you walk on it with trainers on or, with anything patterned, all you see is a a horrible white outline of whatever the pattern of your shoe is. Never the less, I persevered,
I naively thought it might settle down.
It hasn't!
It's now faded where I sit, my feet have rubbed the pattern off, in less than two months.
I was going to send it back but, I read the other reviews about how much hassle it is, and decided to put it down to experience.
I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Terrible company. The rug arrived in terrible condition. Looked nothing like the photos. Huge crease down the middle. I have returned it over 3 weeks ago, no way of tracking it. My emails are being ignored and I am still waiting for my 99.99 euro. Thankfully I have proof re sending it, from the shop I dropped it off to. Terrible service.

Ordered on the 6th may received today 15th may tracking is rubbish, rug is thin more like a blanket,creased right down the middle didnt even bother to unroll it. not like the picture, false advertising even going to cost me to send this rubbish back to them. They do not reply to questions. Would not use them again. I wanted to add the photos but it wont let me.
To your reply the rubbish has been returned back to you tracking says you will receive it on friday. Also the cheek to charge me to return the rubbish back to you is joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
