Won't Accept Returns even if you follow their instructions

We asked to return 2 bags and we had the receipts and I sent the necessary photos and they made up some excuse that they could not refund the original payment. Terrible, terrible. We have bought so many purses from them, but we won't anymore.
The bags arrived the day my friend died. A return should have been honored regardless of who put them in the mail. We did everything requested and we were not doing anything other than getting a credit to her card which would have reduced what was owed. The company said they would get someone from legal to contact us, but that never happened.

We are deeply saddened to share that Ellen, the original account holder, was one of our most cherished customers, and we were heartbroken to learn of her passing. Our sincere condolences go out to her family and loved ones.

However, we must address this review with full transparency. The return requests and communications were not made by Ellen herself, but by a third party who contacted us claiming access to her email, phone, and her credit card. When we inquired about the reason for returning items that Ellen had genuinely loved upon delivery, we were informed of her passing, yet the requests continued, seeking refunds to her original payment method.

Given the sensitive and legally complex nature of this situation, including the unauthorized use of a deceased person's account and identity, we were unable to process these returns through standard channels. Any refund or return related to the estate of a deceased customer must be handled through the proper legal and estate process, including verification by an authorized executor or attorney.

As a friend, you do not have the legal right to request refunds and collect money on a credit card that was not issued to you and accessed without authorization. This constitutes unauthorized use of another person's financial identity, which is a serious legal matter.

Furthermore, filing a false and misleading public review to damage our reputation while being the unauthorized party behind these requests only compounds the legal exposure you face. We will not tolerate attempts to harm our business image through false accusations.

We will be reporting this matter to the relevant legal authorities, as using a deceased person's identity to claim refunds raises serious legal and ethical concerns.

We deeply valued Ellen as a customer and hold her memory with great respect.


Update:
We must be transparent about what raised serious concerns on our end. When return requests were submitted, it was not Ellen contacting us, it was a friend who had access to her emails, phone, and sensitive personal information. What alerted us was precisely this: how could a friend have access to all of Ellen's private accounts, request returns on delivered items she had loved, and have the refund issued back to her credit card, a card that would then be accessible via ATM withdrawal?

We want to be clear, we are not suggesting bad faith without reason. But from a legal and ethical standpoint, we simply cannot process a refund to a deceased person's payment method at the request of a third party who is not a legally authorized executor or estate representative. This is not us making excuses; this is the law.

Any refund or return related to Ellen's estate must go through a legally authorized executor or attorney, with proper documentation such as a death certificate and proof of legal authority.

This matter is now being handled through our legal team. We have also reported the situation to the relevant authorities, as unauthorized use of a deceased person's identity and financial accounts is a serious legal offense.

We deeply valued Ellen and will always remember her fondly.

I love the bag and quality

I love the bag and quality. Its is the perfect size and travel tote. It is light weight and perfectly made. My only complaint I wish shoulder strap was a tad smaller- doesnt need to be too long

I have sent the item back for a refund weeks ago. Emailed the tracking number and still haven't received a refund or any acknowledgement of the transaction

The refund couldn't be issued if the tracking for return is not received by our local team via Email. Please note that the refund is issued automatically within 48/72 hours after the tracking number is confirmed as delivered. Then it will depend on your bank's processing time for the availability of the funds, but sometimes the system lags, and the tracking isn't synchronized accordingly, especially for postal services like USPS tracking.

Overall happy with my purchase but FYI the Rodeo inspired bag is NOT real leather. It has a strong chemical smell that most certainly means it’s not real leather. The construction is overall good, but the reinforcing of the corners protrudes and you can see where it meets the rest of the material. Overall legit service and product, but you get why you pay for.

Trendiesty -It's absolutely terrible. I had trouble with this brand. I ordered a bag, and they mistakenly sent it to the wrong address. There was no confirmation of tracking the delivery. I complained, and they sent me a different one, but the wait was endless. I received the package, and the quality of the product is poor. The next day, the zipper on the bag fell off because if you close it, you can't open it. I asked for a refund and a return, but they refused, even though the description said it was returnable. They said they would send a new zipper for the bag, which I had to wait forever for. Finally, after three months, I received replacement zipper. Oh my God, they sent me two huge, cheap zippered bags that don't fit the bag at all. Please don't order from this website or brand, just don't waste your time and money.

It's frustrating when reviews include misleading details, especially after our extensive support. We regret your experience, but let's clarify the facts for future customers. Your claims don't match our records:

Tracking provided: Order updates and Tracking number emailed (check inbox/spam).

The wrong address delivery was a local carrier error. We provided proof, you said it wasn't your home, so we sent a free replacement promptly, delivered on time.

Days after receipt (not immediately), you requested a return for a "broken" zipper. We asked for photos of the bag and all items. You'd clearly used it, and the lock was damaged. Returns require everything intact with accessories.

You said you couldn't find the broken lock anymore. We offered a replacement lock. Then you wanted a specific key lock, not the same one that comes with the bag style. We sent two with keys.

After receiving them, you started badmouthing us with false claims like no tracking or refusing refunds.

We go above and beyond (free replacements, extras) for some cases, but some customers abuse it. Most love our quality and service.

It's very unfortunate that some customers stay silent when happy, but when there's an issue, they start offending and spreading false info just to strengthen their point and hurt businesses. A trustworthy person looks at facts, not fabrications.

I ordered a bag in December 2025. Quick to charge my card, I have NEVER received ANY merchandise, emails, tracking. I am disputing this “purchase”. And…I was asked to review ? What? I never received my purchase. This is the second time I’ve ordered . The first purchase was in March of 2025. Received a very cheap bag. Why I was dumb enough to order again is beyond me. Horrible company. I’m really upset. I will dispute this now. And the company had the audacity to send me an email today to rate my purchase. Fraud. You now are sending an email in March refuting everything. None of what you state is correct other than finally admitting that the bag was lost in transit. Yes, you DID refund me only after I made an inquiry in January or February. You didn’t offer me a replacement willingly. And now it’s March. Please !

It's disappointing that you're posting what seem like inaccuracies here, especially since our private chats tell a different story. You ordered the bag, we fulfilled it, and sent the tracking number. After no updates, we investigated and found it likely lost in transit (which can happen).

We offered a replacement (but in gold hardware instead of silver) or a full refund; you asked to hold shipping until we sourced silver hardware. When it was out of stock, we refunded you fully within 48 hours of your confirmation, no case needed.

This is your second or third review with similar claims, despite our multiple solutions, discounts, and compensation offers, which you declined for cancellation. The refund was processed promptly. We aim to satisfy every customer, but false accusations like "fraud" aren't fair.

I love the bag

I love the bag. It has a great finish and spells quality. Have received so many compliments on it. I felt confident because I could pay through paypal.
But the delivery took a long time...too long. This really needs to be improved. At one stage I thought it was lost.

This is the second bag I’ve ordered and it won’t be the last.
Well made, quality bags that let me be able to afford to follow the trends.
The front compartment falls open a little too far when it’s not latched. Makes me a little nervous things may fall out. Love the 2 different strap lengths. They’re both the perfect lengths. Color of the season (burgundy) Gawgeous!
