They Cool
I really like the jewelry from Tres Colori 😌, most dont look like costume stuff . I mainly had all good transactions from them , and customer service is usually good . I gave 4 stars out of 5 stars because my most recent transaction i made they took money from my account for a subscription i wasn't aware of 😅 . It got sorted out though so we cool .

I really like their jewelry, but the way they ship some of their items is so silly. I had several earrings arrive damaged that should have been sent in a box instead of a cloth envelope in an envelope package. But I have a few purchases from them that I truly love and wear regularly.

All of the pieces I have purchased or have been gifted have always been beautiful. My only complaint is that it took forever to receive… I purchased it with the intention I would be receiving it very quickly because it was on a holiday where it advertises them guaranteeing two day shipping, however, that is only once it is done being made, which is completely fine. I was just let down because it was a gift for bridesmaids and I ended up getting them after the wedding. I love all my necklaces but the ones with the smaller clasp are insanely difficult to take on and off being that the tiny little arm is hardly there to open and close comfortably.

Okay… so my initial purchase was excellent and came in a timely fashion. I purchased 2 nameplate chains, they came they were amazing….🤩 skip forward a few months one chain broke then later the other nameplate started to bend and eventually it came off. I wouldn’t say I had a bad experience for the cost and I may purchase again
