I’ve ordered several pieces from Tres Colori and the service has been phenomenal. I always get my package on time and when the item is a custom piece they make sure to give updates on the production process. I also incurred an issue with the sizing of one of my custom rings as well as a lost package. The customer service experience was seamless and the representatives were polite, kind and attentive. They swiftly replaced my package and exchanged my custom ring for another size free of charge. I’m a return customer of several years because of the quality of care.
