I met Aura at their booth in Yas Mall a few months ago. She was very professional in explaining the products, especially the science that make them effective. She was quick to send me information on how to apply products, and web links. I've been very happy with the fine eye line serum, hydrotherm mask, HydroTherm Sauna Serum, seagrass cymosilk mask, and the PerfectioX device.

I incredibly loved the products, especially the device.
It’s gave me back my beauty, and youth feelings.
Believe me, No need to visit beauty clinics anymore.

We were just walking around the mall with my friend when this lady approached us, Ate Agnes. She’s selling us their beauty products and machines. She’s very nice and friendly. She accommodates all our questions and answered us very honestly. You can see she’s passionate and dedicated to her job. And make her customers feel comfortable and proving their products will give us satisfaction. The next thing we know we bought the machine and products. Thats how good she is in her work. We found the products really good and really worth it. Shes still communicates with us whenever we have quiries. Company is so lucky to have this kind of staff. The customer service is really outstanding specially the filipina Ms Agnes from tresor rare galleria abu dhabi. She helped me with the products I needed for my skin care and the machines i got from the store was really good i think it help my skin improved. I recommend the products and the machines i got from the tresor rare galleria abu dhabi with my friends and told them to find Ms Agnes to assist them.

Ronique recommended me a great face peeling treatment and I saw results in just one month!! She knows exactly what she is doing and I will definitely recommend to friends!

After giving birth of my twins i had pigmentation issues on my face, one day our family decided to go Marina mall to buy something for my twins,then we pass this one shop and approached by one of their specialist named ms Kaylee, she saw my pigmentation then explain very well about there products and devices,knowing myself i don’t put any creams on my face i have trust issues because maybe it will worsen my problem but since this specialist has a good knowledge about her products so we Trust her and at the end we decided to purchase this PerfecioX with lavelier cream,after using how many months I can see the difference my pigmentation became lessen and lighten but i have trouble with the machine when I plug it it explode i was really shocked why this happened since I was enjoying the machine and the products already, I message ms kaylee to inform what happened she assess the accident and told me to drop by to there shop and she will checked it,the following day we visit there shop and after checking of ms Kaylee she call I think to their boss and decided to replaced it with the New device since its still under warranty. I was really thankful because finally this time I made the right decision for purchasing there products which is now I dont have my pigmentation on my face and how they value there customer even aftersales they still entertain my complain about there device. I also shared to my family and friends about this products even to my derma doctor ni NMC because she noticed that I don’t have my pigmentation issue. I started a face peeling treatment thanks to Ronique at Galleria Mall noticed a difference I’m just a month. My skin hasn’t been better ! I will recommend to all my friends.

Ronique recommended an eye treatment for my case and I’m loving it! Puffiness and dark circles decreased and even my small white dots in undereye area almost disappeared.

I had a trial of using the products at Yas Mall and I was surprised with the effect that it has on the skin immediately. Aura presented the right products that are suitable for my use and it was a done deal for me. Those products do work and you will feel the results once you use them. I do recommend them.

I’m so grateful for Anya and Kristina’s assistance - they were very nice and spent a lot of time trying to help and find the best fit for my skin. I got 3 products (syrenge for eyes, eye serum and moisturizer) eventually that I really like.

I didn’t wanted to go down the road of Botox and filler till coincidentally I was stopped by this beautiful lady (Emily) to try the syringe lavelier. I was amazed how it made me look with that instant glow. Of course I did not stop their, I also bought the perfecto X red light infrared machine. Wow wow wow, I cannot even comment further how huge it made a difference. I got so hooked on their amazing safe products that I travel from Bahrain to UAE just to buy more. I really like the Ultimate Pearl Facial Peel,Im using it once a week and I feel the difference after I used,my skin becomes brighter,soft,looking fresh and clean,I have an oily skin but it suits me and thank you for the help of Ms.Kaylee from your Marina Mall shop,she is very well trained and have perfect knowledge about the product that she is selling,I will come again soon to explore what else you have in the shop and I will suggest my friends to buy it from you guys for them to experience what my amazing experience from your product
