Trilogy came out to see me explained everything to me in full I could physically see the overcharges I was making. I have now also received my rebate in a surprisingly fast turn around.

Trilogy came out to see me with regards to a water rebate, ended up with my utilities reduced by 5% and half the rebate paid upfront early simply because I recommended the same service to my friend!

Be very careful
We were approached by the company under the guise that they could get us a rebate on our water bill. This opened the door to them saying they could save us money on our gas and electric. Behind the scene they tried to move our billing to them. and far from saving money one energy. (check them out on trust pilot) increased our bill from £1k per month to £2.5k per month. We were on it like sonic and cancelled all involvement with the company. All I can say is if it is too good to be true.....check out uk water co on trust pilot as well, as One Energy, I think we have had a lucky escape.

What a brilliant team Trilogy has
What a brilliant team Trilogy has! They came out to see me and told me that i was looking at a rebate for my water account. At first i didn't have much trust in the process, however they kept in touch with updates and never left me out the loop. I started to get quite frustrated as it had been 8 months and still not received the rebate but there was always someone at the end of the phone to help. Yes, it took longer than they expected but i have finally received the money.

I received a call out of the blue notifying me of the discrepancies within my water account. I wasn’t sure at first but after a comforting visit from a charming young bloke named George I was reassured. He claimed back what was my money originally and I am over the moon for that. Great service.

I received a call from Trilogy saying i…
I received a call from Trilogy saying i have made some overpayments on my water, so i booked an appointment in and an agent came out to see me. He cleared up any of my concerns and said i was owed around £4000. After our meeting i heard nothing from them for months, i started to lose trust with what they had said. However they got back in contact with me to notify myself that the claim was processed and they explained there was a massive back log but they were successful. I received my overcharges which i was over the moon about.

Excellent customer service throughout…
Excellent customer service throughout the process. I was informed that I was overpaying on my utilities and due a rebate, the rebate did take a short while however it did come and they also got me money back from the energy bill relief scheme.
Would highly recommend using trilogy

Nothing but brilliant!
Trilogy came to see me 2 years ago and go me money back on water. They've recently come out again and got me £1,785.00 back for my energy relief on my bill. Moved my gas and electricity for a saving but when I first moved over to my new supplier, they had put my price higher than I expected. But one call to Trilogy and it was sorted! Great Service!
