Absolutely awful customer service. It took a week to get a simple answer from their team. Definitely look elsewhere if you rely on this app for work.

The best site for quality and price. The translation of the text into many languages is also very useful. It would be nice if the next step was to automatically translate the video with the synthetic voice, switching from one language to another. No one yet offers a natural voice service in language A> original text in language A> translated text in language B> synthetic voice in language B

I have been a Trint user for around three years now. It has evolved into a very stable and efficient transcription service that is the go-to solution for my video production company. It not only saves time but it offers great value for money and enables us to become more efficient with our project management. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Trint!

Trint is easy to use and provides great transcription services for our organization. We use the service to transcribe interviews and meetings. We love that it can pick up speaker changes and that we can download Word docs for further editing and incorporation into reports. We highly recommend Trint for professional work!

I found the recording device or app makes a huge difference. A device or app that can filter out background noise makes the review process. Trint does a good job of filtering out most of the background noise to at least 90% accuracy. Despite this issue, I would definitely recommend Trint for transcription--definitely better than listening to the recording and doing the full transcription myself.

I produce the Giving Voice to Depression podcast, and with Trint, I'm able to transcribe every hour-long interview so I have a written record as well as an audio file.
I tried several other products before settling on Trint. I highly recommend it.

We have been using Trint for several months now and it has been very effective in transcribing notes we need to do our work. The notes are fairly accurate and have saved us money and many hours of waiting. It is certainly worthwhile!

Really? I'm too busy using Trint to review it thoroughly. It's the best automatic transcription service I've tried. You can teach it odd words to remember, saving time and effort. The translation service is great after we correct the transcript. May start using the Story aspect when I get a chance to understand it. Keep improving!

Great software. SO HELPFUL for recording podcasts and other interviews/conversations. Love the online editor, and I like that they are constantly adding new features. Transcription is way better than I thought it would be. I love that there is a constant timecode running throughout. So helpful. I've recommended it to so many people.

I really loved Trint's customer service. The transcription is really good given it's AI and not an individual. This means you get to about a 90% accurate transcription, which is enough for me. I'm just looking for notes to refer back to. Great service for the low price.

This website has transformed my ability to edit produce. Being able to work from transcripts so quickly and easily, and being able to highlight and then create a paper edit, makes what used to feel a bit like a struggle into a breeze.

I'm not sure I have the adequate words to describe the awesome experience I have had with Trint and the customer service! The program is very user friendly and provides everything you need to transcribe. The phone app is just as easy to set up and use. I recently had to contact Trint for a new account set up. The response to my question was almost immediately. I didn't get that lousy auto response like other business give. Nina, the representative who assisted was absolutely amazing. She was able to walk me through the process step by step and she followed through until the very end making sure the installation was successful. It's not always easy to understand instructions in email but Nina was clear with direction. This was not the first time I had to contact customer support. And this was not the first time I received excellent service. Trint has been consistently stellar!
