Triple D motorsport was recommended through a Facebook KTM page, they were having an Easter special weekend with 20% off.
Thought I’d go have a look on their website if anything was available for one of my bikes! Well they didn’t disappoint, I ordered some goodies for me and some friends at the reduced price and waited for them to arrive.
Triple D motorsport called to confirm my order the following day and kept me updated throughout the transaction!
My KTM parts arrived a week later from Austria, absolutely no hassle and a very pleased customer..
Well done triple D motorsport, we need more companies like you…. Will definitely buy from this company in the future 👌

Was disappointed that the day after my order was received and having spoken to a member of staff to add an extra item to my order Triple D announced a 20% Discount the following day.

A prudent member of staff would surely have mentioned or offered to extend this discount level to my order.

Having purchased half the power parts cat and stlll got some more carbon to get, I have noticed the quality of the carbon is much better than aftermarket stuff and does not go yellow like most other stuff, also purchased the rear sets and would love to change the pegs to black, hopefully I can sort this out at some point. I will be down there in a few weeks getting some jobs done and will inquire. Cheers.

The level of customer service is second to none, I recently bought an ex demo 1290 Super Adventure S and from start to finish Garry provided exceptional communication as well as a comprehensive handover.
I would recommend Triple D to anyone looking to purchase a KTM, either new or used.

Brilliant service from the staff at Triple D in Kendal, I’m very new to biking not ridden anything since I was a teenager…..and that was a scooter. So I decided to jump in the deep end and I bought myself a KTM 125 Duke, everything went smoothly the staff instructed me by phone and email right away through the process, and there was no hassle at all, the bike came with a free CBT with Northern Route in Kendal. I was lucky there was free space on the course a couple of weeks after first enquiring for the bike, so all I had to do was wait and do paperwork now and again. Come the day of pick up there was no hassle at all Garry was there to help me through the process and give me all the info about the bike and controls, which I thought was very nice of him, he even took my bike over to the CBT course grounds for me to take my CBT. Shout out to Andy at Northern Route for giving me a great start on my motorcycle journey, I appreciated his patience and understanding. Anyway I’m very happy with my experience with Triple D Motorsport and I will definitely be trading up for a bigger bike when I feel I’m ready and have got my A licence. Thank you.

Gary the salesman is such a nice guy and never tries to hard sell you a bike, he is a genuine, truthful and honest guy who treats/meets you like you would a friend 😁

Bought my 1290 KTM SDR Evo this week. Amazing service and communications from Gary and would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a bike from a proper motorcycle shop.
Gary delivered the bike and spend a lot of time ensuring I was familiar with all the settings and running in procedure before setting off back to Kendal. If you want a KTM or GasGas could recommend any higher.

I have just picked up my 2018 KTM which went in for a full engine rebuild, and the service I have received has been exactly the same, professional and excellent service and a big thanks to Ben.

I have dealt with Triple D for a few years now, having bought my first KTM Superduke R (Gen 2) from them, I then purchased a 2nd (Gen 3) one from another dealer a couple of years later. Even though I bought this from another dealer Triple D continued to offer me advise and even discounts on their Power Parts. I have been nothing short of being completely satisfied by their whole set up. I do understand that it isnt a huge dealership but I do feel as though you get their full attention when enquiring about issues or have other questions. I contacted again as I am interested in buying my next bike. Again nothing but accurate information and advice, nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Gary in sales..

Triple D are apparently a KTM main dealer (who have a spread of very positive reviews). As I have a suspension issue with my bike I attempted to book it in so they could investigate. The response to my initial call was that the "person who deals with this isn't in, but I will get them to call you back (this was around 1pm). At 4.50pm I rang back (as I had not heard from them) to be told that the person had left for the day, but would ring me back tomorrow. I waited for a call the following day, but again heard nothing. Having drawn a blank on the phone I made contact via the website, and left my details and nature of the fault etc. As of today (over a week later) I have not had a response. I can only assume that they are so busy that they do not need the business, or they employ people who cannot relay a message, or that they never check enquiries made via their website.

Really helpful when ordering clothing, helping to chose the right type and correct size over the phone. The process was smooth and stress free.
