Being honest many times im left disappointed by companies. I rang Triton and expected the same service with no good outcome, but no! The person dealing with my request not only found my product but got it to me in good time. Excellent customer service.

My 6 month Triton RIBA stopped producing hot water. As it was under warranty I rung Triton to send an engineer. The lady read out their get out clauses, one being if the engineer finds no fault, I was due a £100 call out clause. I stupidly agreed as I was convinced that something was wrong and it definitely wasn’t low pressure. When the engineer arrived two days later, he called me over after 5 minutes and said “look it’s working”. I don’t know whether he did something or whether it started working again. He could only suggest that it was low water pressure. When I looked at Triton reviews I noticed this is a common get out clause. And it’s a little money earner. My advise is don’t buy a Triton shower. My previous shower lasted 12 years.

As a landlord I rely on tradesmen to make my business run smoothly.

I needed a replacement part, phoned and was advised that the part was in stock and could be sent the next day.
The employee was very efficient and polite and I was kept informed about my delivery. Over all customer could not have been any better.

I phoned to extend my warranty on my shower.Your representative was very pleasent and got me through the payment process with no problem at all.

Not good in hot weather.

I have a Triton Amala Duelec. Generally it performs well enough for the price but the power distribution between heating and pumping is drastically skewed: Too much heat, not enough pressure. The temperature difference between no heating and minimum heating is about fifty degrees, which is ridiculous... you can either have water straight out of the mains which is too cold, or water at the minimum heat setting which is at least ten degrees hotter than the air, making it a complete waste of time if you're trying to use the shower to cool down on a hot day.
Maximum heating, even in winter with incoming water at zero degrees, is literal suicide!
Needs a more powerful pump and a MUCH less powerful heater.

Ordered an item as per image and description online.
Received the item in a different finish. Contacted customer services. Received a reply saying that the finish delivered is the only one they have together with an empty apology - no mention of the item as advertised. - just return at your own time and expense. Escalated, but same "customer services blurb" response each time. Item cost £62.00. I'll keep it in our workshop as a reminder never to order from Triton again, either directly or through our supply chain.

The Service line was very helpful and the engineer who came was, very polite, helpful and repaired my shower quickly, I had a Triton shower which was extremely good and lasted me over 24years. Keep up the good work.

And it gets worse. After two engineer visits it finally sort of works after ten months but although the water flow is constant, the temperature varies without warning from boiling to freezing in seconds.
I am not very mobile and I now have some very sore spots from the heat.
Why did I waste my money on this trash

Our shower unit is well over 12 years old and the stop/start button would not stay in, contacted yourselves and the lady that dealt with my problem was brilliant could not believe the new part was with me the next day I fitted it myself all for 13 pounds (postage and package) big thank you Triton. 👏👏👌👍

Easy to order the part I needed, with assistance from customer services. Parcel was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately DPD didn't deliver to the correct address but I have the item now.
