Customer service is nonexistent! The bed liner I received does not match up to my truck. I have left multiple emails with photos and left numerous voice messages and absolutely no response. This has been ongoing since September 2nd.
My next steps are now going to be; posting all over social media, contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a law suit with my lawyer!
Bed liner is good, somewhat happy with the shell. In the product details it says it has tailgate protection. It does not, it will protect your bed but tailgate not at all, basically a big shell that you drop in ( also did not come with 2 screws to attach drop in shell to vehicle at back of truck. But for bed protection good. Next time I get a new truck probably will spend a little more and get a spray in bed liner, by the time I order the shell + tailgate protection and mounting hardware for rear attachment of shell it would probably be comparable.

Their goal is customer satisfaction. I researched the cover and Truck Bed Barn had by far the best offer which was even better than the manufacturer at Real Truck. The bed cover was on sale with $150.00 off same as Real Truck; however there were no taxes plus free shipping plus I received a Veteran discount. I had to call Isaiah after placing the order and he took customer care of my needs.the Truck Bed Barn has a remarkably well run business that works for the customer.
